Family Dental Health of Greenridge

My experience with Family Dental has been so awesome. They are very efficient and the quality of service is out of this world. Now I look forward to going to the dentist because I know when I leave their office I always have a smile on my face. My husband and my son also are patients of Family Dental.

I have struggled the past few years with my teeth after having kids and insurance changes. This is the first time I have had a dentist that is concerned about my teeth and health. So much so that a clear plan was laid out and I was able to afford the out of pocket costs that my insurance didn't cover. Everyone here has been so kind to me and even fixed concerns I had while working on another issue. And they told me it is their pleasure. I will never go to another dentist! Highly recommend Dr Studer and her team.

This is the best dentist ever. So very patient. The experience was so easy and pleasant. We have a couple children that are timid and have never let anyone look in their mouths. Well today it was no problem and we accomplished everything that we came for and set for any other needs. They care about caring for your family. No complaints at all.

I have been a patient here for about a year, but have known my hygienist (Catherine) dating back to a prior practice she worked at. She is wonderful! Catherine always walks me through what I need to do, what she thinks is best for me to use, and does a thorough job of making sure my teeth stay healthy. And Dr. Studer is a pleasure as well, and is also very good at making sure nothing slips by - and nothing ever does. Both are great people to have take care of my teeth, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist/hygienist!

Dr. Jami Jo and her assistants are pleasant to interface with and they work efficiently and quickly. They have never let me down. I'm thrilled to have such professional care nearby.

We have really enjoyed Family Dental. Looking for a new dentist, after moving, is never easy. The staff is super friendly and highly experienced. Dr. Studer is helpful by showing and explaining what is happening to your teeth. For the proposed treatment, I was given a document showing the estimated cost so there was no surprise when I returned.

I always get super anxious when it comes to the dentist. Thankfully, the professionalism of the team here really put my anxiety at ease. It was an overall great experience from the second I walked in, to when I left! Being greeted by Allison's warm smile made me instantly realize I chose the right office. The cleaning Catherine gave me left my teeth shining and feeling great! That paired with Dr Lochtefeld's excellent work, gave me confidence in my smile, which is something money can't buy! I went today for a routine cleaning & X-rays to figure out future planning for my teeth. This was by far the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Most places I have gone to grab my gums & try to rip them out & cause a lot of gum pain & bleeding & then try to blame it on my oral care, but not today not once we’re my gums gabbed by the pick & there was zero bleeding or pain. They were also very thorough with the next steps for my teeth. I’m VERY pleased with this place & will recommended to anyone!

Never had a tooth pulled and was referred here. Absolutely terrified. Dr. Studer, Brittany, and Keisha all absolutely wonderful. Dr. Studer is so gentle and kind. Words can't explain my relief right now. Being someone who is scared of the dentist I would recommend them to anyone. If there were to be a pleasant experience at a dentist this would definitely be it. They don't judge you they listen and reassure you the whole time.
