The staff at Mirror Lake are amazing! They are incredibly and consistently kind! They are very professional and genuinely putting the patients first…I had to get through my appointment quickly to be able to get to my son’s school carline in time to pick him up. I have a lot of consistent problems with my teeth - I have since I was a child - and I began going to Dr. Medcalf probably fifteen years ago. I also have some dental anxiety, and Dr. Medcalf was always so gentle and calm with me, and I trust him with my teeth completely. When Dr. Swinderman came on board, I was nervous because the one time I saw another dentist aside from Dr. Medcalf (when I was living in another state) was a terrible experience for me. But Dr. Swinderman is amazing!! I completely trust him with all my dental work. Additionally, the rest of the staff at Mirror Lake is always so friendly and kind. Kat and the rest of the hygienists are awesome. I can't recommend this practice enough, and I will not be going anywhere else as long as they are here in Greenville!
