Being new to the area I had to find a new dentist and I called Modern Family Dentistry to schedule a routine cleaning and exam. I could not believe it when they were able to get me in within the week. As soon as I walked in the staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The dental hygienist did a fantastic job and then Dr. Chadwick came in and introduced himself and proceeded to give me my exam. I was so pleased with my first visit. I then had an emergency come up and within two hours they were able to get me in and within two hours and scheduled me for a follow up appointment to return for my procedure within five days. I was very nervous about the procedure but the entire staff put me at ease. This has got to be the best group of people in a dentist office that I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with. I would advise anyone looking for a dentist to definitely call Modern Family Dentistry.

I really appreciate the staff and the quality of work at Modern Family Dentistry in Hanahan. Everybody is very friendly and I always feel comfortable even though I’m usually anxious about dental visits. office manager has the worst attitude and customer service.
They got my insurance policy wrong and want to charge me the difference of their mistake. I get mistakes happen but an I'm sorry or some assistance would be nice. Not an oh well not our problem. She turned me away during an emergency dental situation, that I've already been to see them for twice with no solution.
I'll never be back here, for their substandard dental work.

I'm so glad I found this place years ago. They are quick, polite and always explain everything before they start. Much better than the one that begins with "Asp". I highly recommend Modern Family Dentistry. From the front ladies to the dentists and assistants to Tina, they are all wonderful and caring!! my appointment online, was seen at the exact time as promised, no waiting. Have been going for years and have never had a problem.Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Dr. Chadwick for 13 years. This office always takes care of me and I never feel uncomfortable. I have had to have some major restorative work done and I never have any pain when they are working on me. The front desk staff and all the dental hygienist are amazing and friendly.

Dr. Chadwick and his team are amazing! My family and I have been long-time patients, and I was particularly grateful to Dr. Chadwick for coming in on a Saturday morning to perform an emergency dental procedure. Every time my family and I go to his practice, we do not feel like a number. He and his staff take the time needed to make sure that all of our dental needs are taken care of without suggesting unnecessary procedures. I used to take my children to one of those large big box pediatric dentist centers, and they treated my children like cattle and stopped working on them when their time was up in order to meet their sales quotas. Never again. Dr. Chadwick is amazing. I highly recommend him and Modern Family Dentistry.

Considering it's been years since I last saw a dentist for a regular visit, I was very embarrassed and fearful of the worse with my teeth. The front office staff was very approachable and friendly (Dena), my hygienist (woman from Great Britain, can't remember her name) and Dr Kolmodin were awesome. They explained everything in terms of me understanding my teeth's condition and what to expect. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
