Everyone was very friendly and helpful, with the cleaning done, I was having a problem with one tooth being sensitive to cold. I took my 2 year daughter to Dr. Chadwick for her very first time. The dental hygienist was WONDERFUL with her. She made her feel right at ease and Dr. Chadwick did too! It was such a pleasant experience! ALL of the staff were extremely friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk. I felt like they were family. I want to thank ALL of your staff and Dr. Chadwick for making my daughters very first experience amazing and memorable! The dental hygienist was awesome! She was very gentle with my daughter and took the time to show her all her "dental tools". She made it very fun and exciting for my daughter! I could not have asked for a better experience.

As I got older my teeth began to get worse and my fear of dentist stronger and I am now paying for that. All I can say is thank goodness for Dr. Chadwick and the amazing staff at Modern Family Dentistry. I cannot lie, my fear of the dentist is still there... however the entire office staff from the moment I walked in the door made me feel so welcome, so comfortable and very relaxed. I am finally getting the treatment I need for healthier teeth and gums as well as a beautiful smile. They aren't finished yet ...its definitely going to be a long haul but for the first time in a long time I am looking forward to my next visit with the dentist. Thanks Dr. Chadwick ... My 8 Year old NEVER fails to need dental work after every cleaning visit. Dr. Chadwick and his staff always get us in right away and let me know EXACTLY what it will cost prior to letting me leave. Baylor is always super nervous about pain and they always make him feel comfortable and relaxed.
