This office is amazing! The staff is friendly, they work so well together as a team to make sure their patients visit go smoothly. They also take time to get to know/learn their patients, listen to and educating them, as well as being thorough with the exams and putting plans together. My first visit. Staff very sweet and friendly. Dentist was very nice and very gentle around my abscess. They even gave us a pumpkin to take home and carve for their pumpkin carving contest. How fun!
Update: I could not imagine a better, more caring staff for my daughter. She has EXTREME anxiety and was still anxious, despite the sedatives. They were so very patient with her and waited until the additional nitrous started working. The hygienist told her to raise her hand if anything made her anxious and she would stop. She must have had eyes in the side of her head because she stopped instantly the moment she saw my daughter's hand move. Then she did whatever necessary to alleviate the anxiety. After my daughter was back to normal she said it felt like only 20 minutes (was actually quite longer) and that it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be. That is saying a lot for this team. Can't recommend them enough.

Very nice ! The staff took the time to educate me about every step of my upcoming process and was super nice as well. The office is spotless ! I'm super excited to see the results of a "new mouth" next week & y'all they went the EXTRA OUT OF THE WAY MILE.....just to give me something for Christmas I have never had - a SMILE.

I took my 5 year old daughter to Bela Family Dentistry and was worried because it was her first time. To say the least, we had the best and most professional experience! Typically, front desk ladies are pretty mundane and borderline rude, but not at Bela Family Dentistry! All the personnel we encountered here were very warm and friendly, and I believe that is why my daughter felt so brave! We really loved our experience here!

Christine is an amazing hygienist. She is gentle and pays attention to how the patient is feeling I.e. any twinging due to pain etc. she also takes the time to explain the treatments and options. Thank you!
