Thank you Pleasant Family Dentistry for an amazing visit. I was greeted with smiles from your front office. My hygienist Judy was very gentle and informative and on time! When my appointment was finished, Miriam went over my future treatment with me and answered all of my questions. I am so happy my family has found a dentist that is convenient to our home and our busy schedules.

I broke a crown. They were able to get me in the same day that I called. Everyone was very friendly. Office was clean and quiet. I took broken crown with me and they were able to repair it and glue it back on so I did not have to get new one! I am VERY happy!
I don’t have insurance and fee was reasonable. Gave me information on office insurance plan. I made appointment for cleaning and am going to purchase their plan.

Complicated procedure that went incredibly well. Dr. Jackowski is perhaps the most articulate dentist I've ever been treated by; however, he's really teaching as he talks about what he's doing. I found that I learned about what he was doing, how I can actively impact my dental future, and what it means. Highest recommendation.

Dental hygienist was fantastic! Forgot her name, but if you text me it would be appreciated. I'd like to request her henceforth! Same comments on my hygienist as the last visit. From a selfish perspective, I'm very sorry to see Dr. Christofakis leave as he's fantastic, although I wish him well and am happy for him given his move home to VA to be around family!

Dr. Callison is amazing! Unlike many other dentists I’ve experienced in the past, you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She informs you of what she’s doing in detail at each step, and doesn’t try to push for expensive and unnecessary procedures or products. Shes both professional and has a great sense of humor, something that helps those of us who have a slight phobia of the Dentist feel at ease. Highly recommend both Dr. Callison and this office!

My husband and I were referred to Pleasant Family Dentistry when we moved to Mt Pleasant 5 years ago. We have been very pleased. I have always had a fear of dentists and had a painful experience with another dentist involving a crown. I was in need on another crown and I insisted that I be given some medication. Dr Jackowski convinced me that it would not be necessary and to trust him. He also told me it could be done in one visit ( no temporary crown). I trusted him and he was right. No pain. The crown looks great and fits perfectly. My dental hygienist is Melissa Klein. She is an experienced professional and does a great job. She is also very personable but does not try to engage you in conversation during the entire cleaning procedure which I appreciate. I totally recommend PFD.

My son had a regular hygiene visit and, as usual, the experience was very enjoyable. Amber patiently worked with my son to take accurate X-rays and then making sure he was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning procedure. He barely flinched during that time! Dr. Jacowski did a great job examining him and giving me a thorough review of the state of his dental health. Time and again, I have nothing but good experiences with this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

Hands down, quite seriously, the best Dentistry office I've ever been to. (Because of moves, I've been to at least five others as an adult. Never thought any of them were bad; but never knew what I was missing til now.)
Heather is a top-notch hygenist. Incredibly thorough -- she found plaque under my gums that had been there for years!
Dr. J is skillful, thorough, patient. Loves to explain things, always takes time to answer my questions in detail. Makes great use of current technology. Takes pictures of my teeth with a minicam and shows them on the TV screen so I can see what he's explaining. Uses an in-house milling system to make crowns and fillings from ceramic, so they're perfectly fit within 10 minutes -- no waiting or return visits! And on top of all that, he's an expert at painless dentistry because he really puts a premium on making you comfortable.
The office staff are kind, helpful, capable and attentive. The office runs on a tight schedule and I've never ONCE had to wait beyond my appointment time.
I can't say enough good about them. Highly recommended.
Update 4/30/3019. Saw Dr. Callison a couple of times lately. She's great! Very talented and very caring, and took a lot of time to explain what was going on and her approach.
In the ~10 years I've been a patient at PFD, I'm amazed how consistently they've maintained excellent treatment and excellent service.
