Wonderful people with great quality service. Every time I go in they know me by name, which as a person with terrible name recall, that is impressive alone. I usually feel a bit like I’m at a dog show when I have someone poking around in my mouth. But they always make me feel comfy, like ole pals I catch up with over a cup of spearmint toothpaste every six months. Lynn and I are basically BFF’s at this point. They’re thorough, trustworthy, and I always leave feeling well taken care of by the entire staff! Plus Dr. Dalhkemper gets bonus points for always complimenting me on my laugh.

I’ve been trying to find a dentist for several months. Like most things that come when you move to a new city (been settled in Charleston since last Oct), I kept putting it off. Of course less than a week before I was supposed to go home for a wedding, one of my teeth started bothering me 😩 I located Water’s Edge via search engine and liked what I saw on their website so I called to try to get in (as a new patient I figured getting any kind of last minute appointment would be impossible). Much to my surprise they had an appointment that would work! I walked in and was greeted by Emily, who was super friendly and inviting (and I’m not just saying that because we share the same fabulous name and happen to have the same wallet!!). Lynn (who cleaned and examined my teeth) was wonderful as well! We chatted during the visit and she explained everything to me in very thorough detail. Dr. Dahlkemper was so fun and has the best personality and treated me as if she’d known me for years!! I honestly have never had a better experience at a dental visit and am so happy I decided to take the chance on them!
