Jeter & Welch Dentistry

I recently had a consult with Dr. Ben Jeter following a referral by my orthodontist for some cosmetic services. I was very happy with the consultation with him and his staff, who are knowledgeable, personable and reasonable regarding their recommended treatment for my case. He was honest and helpful in his reasoning which I always appreciate from a provider. The office has a nice presentation and their staff’s response time was less than 48 hours to get me scheduled. This is an office myself and my husband are now looking to switch to for our long term dental care due to their professionalism and overall integrity with their practice.

I am always very nervous about any work that needs to be done at the dentist because of past bad experiences, however i must say that the experiences here has always been very good. I have had root canals , fillings and cleaning with both doctors and they have always been patient and very careful. The ladies at the front desk are very polite , friendly and very helpful in getting you in last minute.

My experience with Dr. Ben Jeter has been nothing short of excellent! He is patient and thoroughly knowledgeable. Any and all of my questions have been answered with an obvious professionalism that comes from years of experience. Dr. Jeter and his staff have always gone to great lengths to make me comfortable at my session. His staff, from the time you come through the door to the time you exit are friendly, professional and truly happy to have you as part of their family! I think anyone who has a serious concern toward their dental health seek his more than qualified care!

Dr. Ben Jeter is a wonderful dentist. He’s very professional and, at the same time, is very kind and gentle with his patients. The crown work he did for me was excellent and fit very well. The color of the crown perfectly matched my own teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Ben Jeter for any of your dental needs.

This is NOT my first time as a patient and the reason I keep coming back is their commitment to doing quality work! I cannot recommend them anymore than that! If you’re looking for a group of doctors, technicians and staff who routinely go out of their way to ensure your visit is pleasant, this is the place to go.

This was my first visit and I was super impressed! Everyone was so kind and friendly and the whole process was easy. Able to make an appointment right away and no wait time when I got there! Dr. Jeter and his staff are top notch! Definitely recommend them!!

It is like visiting close friends when you go to this dentist! Everyone from the front desk when you first walk in until you leave you , you feel you are saying goodbye to friends! They are all interested in you as a person! They never hesitate to explain what is happening or what could happen! From the front desk, to the nurses, to the great doctors and the incredible young girl who tried to make these old teeth sparkle again! You are all terrific! Thank you! As I said today when I left, I think I will just stop in some day just to say hello! They are my friends!
