When I visit a dentist, or doctor for that matter, I expect a long line, crowded waiting room, and people in pain sitting around praying for immediate care. You can see it on their faces and sometimes kneeling in front of their chairs, hands folded, praying for someone to give them Divine intervention. That was not the experience I had at Cedar Spring Family Dentistry, surprisingly. My first visit, after moving to a new neighborhood where the office was within walking distance, was pleasant. I appreciated the lovely and familiar Southern accents and hospitality. They knew my name. They knew my insurance. They cleaned my teeth and prepared me for future repairs. Then it happened. I broke a tooth and soon I was praying for an intervention. I called. "Be here at 11! Steven Richards, DMD will look it over and see if he can "provide healing" (That is what I heard). Sure enough. I arrived. The receptionist knew my name and had my record up. And surprising, again, someone came to the room to give me the cost. Heather chatted me up, she is local, and soon Steven entered the room and within 45 minutes my front teeth were repaired. He is also a local guy, a skilled tooth artisan. Clean--with the most up-to-date technology of any dentist I have ever visited, from Philadelphia to Charleston, I left ready for lunch. I am reluctant to post this review, really, because you may be inclined to visit and it will get really crowded and overwhelm the staff, and Dr. Richards. But maybe they can handle it all. I think they can and will.

Couldn't ask for better people. Such sweet ladies with good hearts. Who make you feel at home show they really care about their work and patients. Help you to not feel nervous, and are just so sweet and kind hearted. Dr.Richards is a really cool dude, and one of the best dentist I've ever been to. I’ve been having my teeth cleaned here for over 3-years. Nothing bad to say…Everyone is so nice… Appointments are very easy to get… you can even schedule a year in advance. Great Gentle care… It is exceptionally clean in the rooms too. I highly recommend Cedar Springs Dental 🦷

Cedar Springs Family Dentistry is the best dentist I’ve ever found! They helped me with every problem I had and gave me the greatest experience. After getting my flipper fixed and getting 2 cavity’s fixed I thought it was gonna be WAY more then it actually ended up being . They are awesome from start to finish! They are fast and everyone is super friendly!!! I made a appointment on Monday and they were able to see me on Tuesday. I didn't have to wait long and my assistant was awesome! I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!!
