I have some major anxiety when going to the dentist! Whenever I need to have some work done, I let them know I’m super nervous and I don’t like going to the dentist (nothing against them). Dr Bain and his dental assistant, Deb, are top notch! They make sure I’m as comfortable as possible and walk me through the process to make it as painless as possible! They also have fantastic personalities which help me feel comfortable! I have gone to them since I moved to Aberdeen and I will keep going to this office! Hands down one of the best dentists and dental assistants ever!!! I also appreciate their empathy and not making me feel stupid for my darn anxiety!!! Well done!!!!

When my previous dentist retired, I was not happy about trying to find a place where I felt comfortable and trusting. My experiences at Carrels & Bain Family Dental have been nothing but great! Everyone is friendly and caring. The dentists are some of the best that I have ever seen! I highly recommend this office! I am so glad I chose this office!

I was able to get an appointment for repair quickly.
I arrived on time, I sat less than 3 minutes. I was called in then prepped for service. The repair was professionally addressed & repair area felt better right away.
I was out of there within 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the office planning, customer service, performance to planned schedule and outstanding repair! Thank you all!

I hadn't established dental care in Aberdeen yet, and my tooth had partially broken off. Of course, it was on a Friday, and I didn't know what to do. I googled "dentist urgent care" for Aberdeen. Then, I noticed that this office had excellent reviews. I called, and they got me in right away which I was grateful for. I had to be referred to an oral surgeon from there because of complications. A very professional, honest and efficient business.

Dr. Carrels and his staff have been the best. They're just the absolute best practice in SD. My whole family have transferred to this practice because of the one word the entire staff embodies... trust. I'm a hard case, so if they can help me, they can help anyone. Don't go to someone else first, go to the best.

These dudes rock! They got me in and took care of the problem. Dr. Pollard was super professional and made sure I wasn't in pain and took his time. I feel like a different person. The office was super comfortable to be In and clean. Thank You. I certainly will be back!

From the moment I walk into the door they are always so friendly. They keep me up to date on where we are in the process. Carrel is alway asking bout my family n thing he would only know from other visit months before.. I would never pick another place to do for my families teeth health

I firstly want to say they’re extremely friendly and make you feel like you’re at home! It was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and I’m so glad I went here. If you are nervous about going to dentists, this is the place to go. I expressed I was nervous and they were understanding & listened to my bad experiences in the past. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or nervous about any work they were doing. Definitely recommend this place!!!
