I was told by reception i'd have to pay a 50$ "no show fee" in order to be seen again. I understand a fee for not showing up but 50$ for a routine cleaning is extreme and not worth losing a customer over in my opinion.
Amy is a great dentist and I've been going to her for years but there are other dentists in town that I'm going to be seeing from now on.

I wish I had a lower star to rate this practice. I went there gave them my insurance card and asked them to find out if the procedure is covered by the insurance. They said 'Yes' and the doctor checked me for 5 min and then they send me a huge bill after 2 months.
I understand that the insurance might not cover everything , but I asked atleast 10 times to find out if it covers it . I am pretty sure the receptionist can vouch for that. But still they did this. Worst service . If they dint know , atleast they should have told me that they "Didnot know" . Perfect example of doctors who just want to ROB money .

Amy is the best, nicest dentist in town! I've seen her in three separate buildings now and the latest one is as nice as she is. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly and it's an overall great dentist office for kids, all the way to my grandmother. It's been about a decade since I found her, and I tell anyone who will listen that she's the one to go to. She doesn't try and rack up your bill and does good quality work.
