Called for an appointment due to a cracked tooth. They stated they were booked out till February 2nd. Its November 15th. You couldn't reschedule someone's teeth cleaning to fit in a cracked tooth in pain? Weird how that worked. I'd never recommend folks who allow pain to wait over a teeth cleaning!!! That's not how you bring in new clients, that's how you drive them away!!! Taking my money and all the implants I'll need somewhere else..

Aspen Dental was courteous when I went in for an evaluation. They gave me everything needed for further work.. Although they are $700 higher than another evaluation by another Dental group. This could be the cliffhanger about them doing my care.

Very professional and detailed in explanations. Treated me gently. Had significant pain when I went in and they did nothing to increase it. Referred me to an oral surgeon to take care of the problem. I did not have an appointment and was seen very quickly.

I am extremely impressed with Aspen Dental. My first appointment was July 26th with xrays etc and they did impressions the same day. Next appointment on August 1st will be wax bite and August 8th extractions and temporary dentures. They made me feel comfortable and there is definitely a sense of pride and compassion towards patients' dental concerns. I love the fact that they have such a wonderful financing system. I have recommended Aspen Dental to several of my friends and I am actually looking forward to getting my dentures!

I called Aspen about getting a cavity fixed for my 7yr old daughter. They scheduled an appointment in Jan then called back several days later saying they overbooked. It was rescheduled again due to scheduling on their part. Finally she got seen the end of march, almost 3 months after the initial scheduling, just to be told they do not fix cavities for children under 10. So i waited for 3 months just to be told no which, knowing she was 7, they could have told me when i called the first time that they dont fix cavities for children under 10. I will not be going back.

This was my first visit but after speaking with them, in terms I could understand, I am going back to have the work done. The people are great and they make you feel comfortable with all that's going on.
