The staff at the store on Eglin Street, Rapid City, SD from the minute I walked in as a new patient, through each office, until I walked out as a very satisfied customer were very friendly, concerned about my well being and making sure that they knew exactly what I needed in dental care. They provided me with helpful preventive care information for my teeth and gums and did not perform just another procedure. Looking forward to my next preventive care visit in 6 months!!!

Went in for a super sore tooth. They evaluated my entire situation. Broke down a plan. And assisted me with financing to get it taken care of. Best dentist in Rapid by far. Plus, all, I mean all the folks out there are as nice as can be!!

I called to schedule an appointment for month of May, they use a call center so barely English speaking person schedules the appointment out in August. If they dont understand dates, they’re sure not touching my teeth.

The people were very nice. But going in for an exam/ cleaning, coming out knowing what I already knew and no cleaning was kinda weird. Strange way of "An Exam". All I got was xrays and looked at. Big deal! My son went to a different place and they did the whole routine for him as a special needs young man.
Also the cost of certain things knowing peoples income was highly ridiculous. Something way out of reach for low income people should be way better worked with if their gonna accept the insurances. Went out of there disappointed.

The staff is nice and friendly I didn't have to wait long before my name was called. I am not a big fan of dentist usually but they were gentle and made sure that I understood the things that they were telling me.

I just finished getting a new denture , and repaired and relined another existing denture. My experience with Rapid City Aspen Dental has been
amazing. I really can't find a single negative thing to say. Very pleasant people doing an excellent job. These are the best fitting dentures I have ever purchased . I can highly recommend Aspen and Dr. Sierra Schafer.

This was my first visit. They were friendly, gentle and thorough.
My appointment was on Thursday night when they are open til 8 pm and the staff was light hearted and happy, a total joy to be around.
I will definitely be coming back.

I am not a fan of dentists, but an emergency forced me to go. Everyone here was very warm, friendly and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and took lots of time to explain everything. This will be my regular place.

Dr. Schmalz has got to be the most comforting dentist I have ever been to see. Every bit of my procedures with the entire staff was amazing! I went in there in so much pain and they went over and above what I expected. I looked forward to each visit. They are the best!

Made am appointment to get dentures. Person I talked to setting up appointment quoted me price. After visit we were given a much different price. Very very disappointing. National website, and the call center need to be the same price as at the office.
