For years they've done an excellent job with our youngest two kids. My son is terrified of the dentist but here they calm him down and take extra care. It's greatly appreciated!! A+++. They go over things before your children go back and again before they leave so you understand exactly what's going on.

Black Hills Pediatrics always takes good care of my kids. My daughter had severe dentist anxiety as a young child. We lived in another town and everyone suggested taking her here. It was the best decision! Now we live close by so we get to continue our business here. Thank you for being awesome!

Took my son in for an appointment after he chipped a tooth.They diagnosed him with a cavity. The tech hid her notes as she was writing them. They wanted to see him every three months. Something felt off so we got a second opinion elsewhere.
He was looked at by two different dentists at a different office. No cavity, just a chip. Apparently this office will create the most expensive option to treat non-problems just to milk insurance and Medicare for as much as possible. So kids suffer unnecessary procedures to line their pockets.
Don’t take your kids here if at all possible.

Or austic son had to have oral surgery and they doctor was great she explained everything to us and made sure we understand and double checked to make sure we did not have any other questions and they kept us informed of his care and progress and when all done the doctor came and let us know how it all went and was very helpful and made sure we were all ok and understood everything. This is a great place with caring staff. Thank you all for taking great care of my son

All the front desk staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Jobman are always very pleasant to work with. We had a short wait time for my two sons' routine cleaning appointments, and they were done before I knew it.

They don’t allow parents to go back with your kids. I requested to talk to the dr about it and no follow up in addressing the situation. Please be aware prior to choosing this dental office if you are not ok with your kids out of your sight. Staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and quick to get you checked in and scheduled. Never once met the doctors other than their pictures on the wall.

The staff are always great with my kids, wait times are never long, it's always a very painless and efficient process which is awesome when you have 3 kids.
Seeking Answers
Haven’t been there but I did call and you have to be invited to go into the room with your children. I can’t understand this, as I will never have an adult alone with my children that is not family. Have heard a lot of complaints about this issue so no, will no be coming here
