I normally have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. Dr Kelly and his staff are incredible. They got me in very quickly as a new patient when I was in pain and my old dentist couldn’t see me for a month. They made sure I was comfortable and that they didn’t hurt me. They are very friendly and this is the best dental experience I’ve had since I was a child! Highly recommend them to everyone! The office is clean, the staff is friendly and outgoing and very thoughtful. Katie provided me with sunglasses so that the lights weren’t too bright in my eyes while she cleaned my teeth and she is very gentle and thorough with her cleanings. Best dentist I’ve found in town and I have been to several.

This was my first time going to Rushmore dental and I could not be happier with the care I received! The staff was incredible and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. While in the dentist’s chair I had beautiful tiles above me with blue skies and fluffy white clouds which helped calm me during the exam. The dentist was very thorough, highly experienced and talked me through every step. I was given multiple options for care and did not feel “sold to” or pressured to choose anything in particular. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was so wonderful and friendly! I will be returning and recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you Rushmore Dental!

I am very thankful for the staff at Rushmore dental. They are very professional and extremely friendly, especially Dawn and Katie. Katie is the hygienist, she makes both of my kids feel safe and relaxed. My 9 year old and 7 year old kids actually LIKE TO GO TO THE DENTIST. They told me Katie is funny and kind. Rating 10. I felt like part of a family, with a warm welcome, as soon as I walked in the door. The entire staff explained in details the issues in a professional and sincere manner. The hygienist that I had was very outgoing. She kept telling me to use the F word often, (Floss) I would recommend this dental office and team in a heart beat. Awesome Team thanks for taking care of my dental needs.

Dr Kelly is a true professional. He takes the time to explain options and treatments and genuinely cares about his customers. He is always upbeat and pleasant to be around. His dental hygienist (Katie) is always pleasant to be around, extremely knowledgeable, and also cares about her customers. Katie was personable and competent well beyond her pay grade and set Dr. Tim up for success. He was a quick study while conferring over X-rays and proposed an appropriate pan of action with confidence. Clearly, these two function as a capable, veteran dental team! On this first visit, I’m impressed!

I had an extended visit with Dr. Kelly and Cindy on 1 Feb 2023. They were courteous, professional, and dare I say, perfectionists. One part of my procedure did not go quite to plan, so they took the time to ensure it was done perfectly. Honestly, I am not happy with the costs involved, but considering the care I received, I am happy to pay to get quality care.

The front desk is efficient (even without their coffee) processing and paperwork quickly handled , the dental staff is top notch with cleaning , pain medication and conversation. The dentist is efficient , focused and genuinely cares about the patients well being and the well being of his staff . So glad to have this group to take care of me . The pride and level of care really shows .
