I met Dr B back in 2018, when I was looking for new dentist, I made an appointment and I needed to root canals fixed and after talking with him I really enjoy his knowledge on the whole root canal. After discussing my need and want we got started, every visit became so much enjoyable and laughter never stopped. Thank you for the excellent care and friendly environment. It's nice to be able to walk in for an appointment time, and the staff is happy and ready for you! I appreciate the time and care taken to be gentle yet thorough. I love the relaxing atmosphere. My insurance changed in March and I was a little surprised that you don’t work with all dental insurance providers. It makes it a little harder when your loyal customers don’t get a choice when their insurance changes. I hope we can work together through the insurance matter. Having great dental care is a personal choice that I won’t give up over the issues of insurance provider networks. It’s just unfortunate that your customers get punished for decisions outside of their control. You will continue to be my first choice for dentistry, even if I have to pay out of pocket.
