Everyone here is so friendly. Customer Service here is top-notch and they have done a spectacular job of helping me become comfortable. I moved out of Sioux Falls almost 4 years ago and still drive 3 1/2 hours for my dentist appointments because I finally found a dentist where I am not terrified and I haven't been brave enough to try anyone else.

Dental anxiety is real. These kind compassionate people are here to help you and be straight forward. Not once did I feel ashamed or uncomfortable while in the chair or filling out paper work. They are honest and show you the things they recommend doing or they will find the answer needed. I appreciate today's visit and will continue to refer individuals over to Neighborhood Dental. We came to Neighborhood Dental to get a second opinion for my daughter who was told she would need $1000 in dental work just 6 months after her last cleaning/no cavities. They were so kind and friendly and the dentist explained what he would recommend which was $800 less. We have switched all of our care to them and have been so pleased!

Such a great and understand place, from the front desk receptionist to hygienists, assistance and dentist. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time and was afraid to go for fear of being put down.
