My husband and I are new to Sioux Falls and chose this office due to proximity to our home. We are very pleased with our decision. We have enjoyed excellent patient care and involvement in all that is happening. The Doctors explain things well and make recommendations, all the while including you in the process. I appreciate being a participant in my health care and the rapport with the staff certainly allows for that.They are very competent and make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.

I have been going to Dr. Kohler’s for two years now. They have a great staff that addresses any questions/concerns you may have. The office is nice and relaxing that puts you at ease when you walk in the door. Overall a great experience. My 9 year old daughter left her appointment yesterday saying “they have the nicest staff!”

I have gotten regularly scheduled dental care as well as specialty work, crowns in particular. It was a near perfect experience. They make their own crowns so it was one visit! The staff is awesome and the dentists are amazing. Five star rating for sure!

My whole family, including my young kids, have worked with Dr. Kohler and Dr. Kern, both of which are great! They are always willing to answer any questions while I'm in the chair or even after I've left the office. The staff are very personable, kind, and always willing to listen to my concerns. I can honestly say that the people and technology used at Southeastern Dental Center have made my trips to the dentist much better.

I had a dental emergency and the staff took excellent care of me! They are also wonderful about letting me know how much treatments will cost. I also feel like they truly care about me and my family. And if you have kids, our daughter has been going to Dr. Melissa since she was 2 and LOVES getting her teeth cleaned. In fact, after her first appointment, she asked to go back the next day. Also, Southeastern Dental has done some preventative measures as her adult teeth come in to make more room for them - lessening the amount of time she will need braces (or if she will need braces.)

I have been a patient with Southeastern Dental Center for about 15 years. On March 30, 2021 I had to have 2 crowns placed. I have always embraced technology and was amazed that this appointment involved no messy impressions, no temporary crowns with a second visit to place the permanent crowns. I left the office the very same day with 2 new crowns that were placed in one sitting and fit perfectly the first time they were put in my mouth. All the work to make the crowns was done in house and with computer aided technology! It was fascinating to see the equipment actually ‘carving’ then ‘baking’ my teeth right there! I had zero pain or discomfort throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Southeastern Dental Center.
