Update: Since starting to go to Loftus when we moved to the area, they have been great. Friendly, they've worked with us and our schedules, remember our names...we do like them. I had a cap appointment for a non painful/emergency tooth but then Covid happened. They were apologetic but notified me fast that they'd have to reschedule...thankfully I ended up getting in sooner than planned. Once there they were safe, clean, and efficient!
First time getting to a dentist in 2 years for myself and three kids. I was a little worried it would be a rough appointment but I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment all four of us got! All the workers there were professional, kind, and friendly a definite fresh air after some of the places we've been over the year. looking forward to continuing with their services for the foreseeable future!

Love this place. I have terrible dental anxiety and the staff here is great. 2 thumbs up for excellent service. Very comfortable atmosphere all the way around. I won't ever go to another dental office. The drive from Gillette is 110% worth it for the great service I receive from the entire staff at Loftus Dental.

10 out of 10 reccomend. There's no one I trust more to handle my case than Dr.Jay. He's kind and professional. When I had to have all my lowers pulled and was scared he was so nice. Through the entire process of getting a full set of uppers and lowers at a young age, he comforted me every step of the way that I was gonna be ok.

Loftus Dental changed my husbands life. It took years to get him to agree to go but when he did miracles happen. All of his teeth are now fixed or replaced and the anxious feeling of going have been replace with positive feelings. He looks forward going to see his friends and smiles at the world now.
