I stopped by early last Thursday because of pain. Shelby, the hygienist, took an image and Dr Jay examined me and found the source of my discomfort. He referred me to an endodontist, Dr. Jeff Adams in Rapid City because of the complexities of my situation. Within the hour, I had an appointment for the next day. Thank you Dr. Jay for the excellent referral and correct diagnosis. Thank you Shelby for your willing and quick action. Thank you to the whole Loftus staff for their care and concern. Please know that the referral to Dr. Jeff Adams exceeded my expectations. He "knocked it out of the park". All in all.....a stellar experience.

Wish they would use the nummi gel longer before using the needle I had a crown put on my mouth is very very sore and my jaw hurts I'm not able to open my mouth much other than that Doc got it down wish they would of gave me something for the pain
