Shelby is great! Ever since I started going to her directly I have not had the anxiety that I use to. Even just for a cleaning! I’ve mostly seen Dr Jay , he’s great also! It’s such a good feeling to not get so anxious every time I have to go to the dentist! I’m talking YEARS of anxiety! Thank you all at Sturgis Loftus Dental for making my dental visits…. Well about as good as a dental visit can be.

What a great experience going to Loftus Dental in Sturgis, SD. !! Everyone I came in contact with made me feel at home and comfortable including Dr.Jay . I felt like I was having coffee with the hygienist Nicole as she cleaned my teeth and we visited. I am a retired dental assistant of 40 years and just moved here and couldn't be more impressed with this office . I highly recommend this office to everyone. I was very impressed with the staff, my hygienist, Becca and Dr. Jay. I have not been to the dentist in a very long time due to my fear and sensitivity. I can honestly say that they listened to my concerns and truly cared for me as a person. I would highly recommend Loftus Dental to anyone who is in fear of the dentist. It was a great visit and I will continue to go to Loftus Dental. So happy that I found a dentist that I am not afraid of. From checking in with Karen, to my cleaning with Emily, to meeting Dr. TJ - my experience was a GREAT one! For someone with anxiety about going to the dentist this team is fantastic! Did not wait for long once I was checked in. Emily listened to my concerns and was aware of my anxiety and helped me deal with it! Dr. TJ was friendly and explained things in a simple manner! I am not a fan of dental cleanings but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for my fellow chicken patients!

Always a great experience with friendly people! After moving here 5 years ago I had to find a new dentist, had to go to a couple before I found Loftus but they have a customer for life. I drive from another town to go to them and it’s worth the time and effort. I can’t recommend highly enough!
