Watertown Dental Care

I had gotten Six Month Smiles my sophomore year of college. Looking back I’m left frustrated with my experience. First of all, the staff was so kind and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I can’t say enough positive things about the general staff there. Dr. Bach on the other hand seemed very rushed and uninterested in my comfort. At times he was rude and dismissive when I asked questions.

When we had taken off the braces he only put a permanent retainer on my bottom row of teeth. I asked twice to have one on the top row, and he refused saying there wasn’t space, which there absolutely was. I got a second opinion and the ortho agreed they easily could’ve fit a top permanent retainer. Despite using the removable retainer, the progress that was made with my teeth has been mostly lost. I understand that this is a risk with cosmetic braces, but I wish I would’ve been treated with a little more patience and kindness by Dr. Bach.

Megan Engeltzez has completed an amazing cleaning for me twice here lately. She has done an amazing job. Very friendly and listens to your concerns and information. I HIGHLY suggest Watertown Dental Care and especially Megan for cleanings and dental care. The dentists I have dealt with are amazing as well. But Meghan truly stands out and is above/beyond with her care and expertise. Thank you Megan.

Best dental office I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

New to town, I was worried about changing dentists. What I found was an up to date office with the latest of technology, some more modern than my last dentist had. Also my new filling was totally painless. I also liked all the people I came in contact with. They were very caring and professional.

When I came to this office, I didn't know what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly. The dental assistant sat down with me to find out my health background. Once that was done, both she and the main dental doctor went over the x-rays they took, and detailistically explained to me what was happening with my teeth. In other words, unlike MGM Dental of both Clinton Township, MI and Shelby Twp, MI, these 2 individuals explained in a lot of details about the health condition of my teeth. There is no doubt they knew what they were doing. I would recommend people to come and visit this dental office. My visit was surprisingly a pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but it was the most comfortable experience I've had. The hygenist continually questioned to make sure I was doing all right and was very gentle throughout the cleaning.

Would like to take moment to correct my past review. I want to thank Lindesy, Dr. Holly, nursing staff, receptionist with the truly amazing care you gave me. I am so gratefully humbled the true kindness , respect and trust concern for me. I truly wish more dental practice where like Watertown Dental , Dentist wouldn't have such a bad wrap.. thank you for helping me..

Had a root canal today...I know, yeah! I actually dozed off a couple of times during it. Dr Darin and his whole team are wonderful! It went so well and quick we decided to do the crown also....which was scheduled for next month. Thank you Dr Darin and your team!

I always have a great experience when going in for dental appointments and for this mom of three they make it almost relaxing :) My children always look forward to going to their cleanings also! Thank you for helping keep my families teeth beautiful and healthy.

nicest people ever. the dental hygienist was amazingly nice and informative. Dr. Bach was professional with a very polite but authoritative attitude(as should be when in a professional field) i love these guys! =)
