I was not pleased with the lack of care that occurred during my young daughters visit to Ben Jensen Dental. We had come here previously with no issue. Ben Jensen himself is an amazing dentist. However his staff that are supposed to help with pain, numbing, and patient care were unprofessional and unwilling to offer alternative solutions to help her calm down enough to actually receive care. The assistant also refused to continue the appointment, and got up in the middle of our appointment and did not return to the room to explain what was going on. I will not be coming back, and will not recommend being seen here if you have young children.

The staff are caring and professional. The doctor is an approved provider for our insurance. Prompt attention and action is taken whenever I have any work needed. I appreciate the efficiency in this method. The work is impeccable, crowns, a bridge, veneers, and I even went the an Invisalign process through them.

everyone was very nice and explained things to me so I could understand it.
my insurance company is not the greatest because they haven't gotten back to the dentist as to what they will cover...and I need these teeth out before they kill me. Dr.Jensen put me on a antibiotic just want them OUT!

Chipped a tooth & was offered a next day appointment...amazing!! Staff is friendly & professional. Dr. Jensen has a terrific bedside manner & the entire staff is second to NONE!! I have been to other dentists in the area but this office is far superior to the rest. I'm a dental "chicken" & I would highly recommend Ben Jensen DDS to all!
