My First visit Awesome Customer service I’m impressed with my Dentist. On my way to my first appointment I started walking and quickly got a ride with a gentleman from my Neighborhood. I shared where I was heading and humorously shared his personal Excercise relationship with the dentist and assured me that I would have a Great experience with my now Dentist! He was sooo right! I surely did have a marvelous over the top experience Thanks a Trillion for relaxing my mind.

Professional n Great staff n Doctors.. oooook its now been since july they sent me for a root canal and did it in july they said they would call to schedule crown appt. But they never did... i called a few times to schedule it n they hung up on me a few times and or said they will call me back and never did.. i FINALLY REACHED THEM LIKE TWO DAYS AGO AND TOLD THEM HOW THEY SERVICE HAS BEEN BAD WIT DEALING WITH ME AND FOR DOING THAT .. U KNO STX EVERYONE TAKES THINGS PERSONALLY N NOT LIKE A PROFF SO CAUSE I TOLD THEM HOW THEY HUNG UP ON ME THWY DID NOT SCHEDULE MI CROWN UNTIL DECEMBER... ALMOAT SIX MONTHS FROM DOING MY CANAL... HEY CHOICES SLIM IN STX THATS THE SERVICE U GET AT MOST DOCTORS OFFICES HERE.. THEY DONT GO STATES N ACT LIKE THAT THO .. I TAKE MY 5 STAR BACK ... THEY PROVED ME WRONG . THEY JUS LIKE THE REST ... The service is excellent from the receptionists to the dentists. The dentist listened to my fears about previous dental visits at other practices, and was very concerned that I felt comfortable and relaxed. Each technician is courteous and the music was wonderful, taking my mind off the procedure. I can't praise their kindness enough. Every staff member is attentive to the comfort of their patients.

Great front desk staff and dental team. They were friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr.O was brilliant in removing my old crown and having me fitted for a new one. He discussed possible concerns and outcomes and had a plan of action in place. He’s very skilled at what he does and so was the young lady who fitted me for the new crown.

My experience was excellent. Started out bad cause I forgot when my appointment was so I went in a day early. But the staff was very helpful and accommodated me in a cancellation slot. I went there on 06/15/2020 as a walk-in. The staff was prompt, friendly and I was seen right away by the Dentist who even took the time to fill out the paperwork for me. I am beyond pleased with the consultation and will definitely make them my Dental home on St. Croix. Phenomenal customer service is priceless.

Dr. Greep at St. Croix Dental is calming and gentle. Every other employee that I have had there are also pleasant and professional. I have a fear of needles and they made me feel calm when I had to be numbed.
