THE BEST! I absolutely love this office and I have never loved the dentist and they were the KINDEST, most professional and helpful dentist iv ever been to. Went here yesterday because my wisdom teeth were hurting. A previous dentist said I would need to have them surgically removed. This place did X-rays and assured me they could remove them for me. I'm so glad I came here! They numbed me, and only took about 30 minutes to remove 2 wisdom teeth! I felt no pain what so ever! Woke up this morning with only minimal swelling, but no pain at all! The office staff was so wonderful! I will definitely be back! I recommend them to anyone needing any kind of dental work!

When I called I asked pricing for an exam and possible filling. Our apt was at 8:30 in the morning. We ended up being not even 10 minutes late and I did call to let them know not once was I told they would move his apt but just that it was okay. We show up and fill out paperwork. An hour later I finally say something and she processed to tell me since we didn't show up till almost 9 they have to move his apt. We didn't show up at 9 we showed up maybe 5 minutes after 8:30. We finally get back to the chair and my fiancé is explaining to the assistant on the pain feeling he has an when he feels it. She basically kept telling him he couldn't have the pains he was having. She only took an X Ray of his front teeth , when I asked why she wasn't doing a full X Ray like we had scheduled she told me that all they had us scheduled for was to ONLY look at that tooth. Not for the Exam at all. She went on to tell me how much that was extra which WAS NOT what I was told on the phone but was okay with it anyways. As we went to leave the lady at the front couldn't even read her assistants own notes when we tried to tell her hey that's not what we had been told she said she have the other office lady read the notes . Okay understandable but then she leaned over and told me that she was sorry I was having a horrible day and that she hopes it gets better for me ? If your staff happens to read this, I was having a perfectly fine day thank you. You guys need to work on your communication not only with each other but also with your clients and we will not be coming back.

The dentists in this office will do unnecessary work on children who have tenncare. I brought my son in for a checkup and he came back out with a crown on one of his permanent molars. I was never asked for my permission for them to do this, and I am positive that the crown wasn't needed. They couldn't show me any x-rays that showed the cavity.
Another crown that they had done earlier that year came off of his tooth so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, they told me that I had to bring the original crown in so I had to go all the way home and reschedule for the next day. So he missed two days of school for this and they didn't even put the same crown back on, they used a new one, which was another her charge on his insurance. I do not recommend bringing your kids here at all.

Do not use this dentist office for your kids. He's very rude and very rough with them. He even hollered at my 12 year old daughter. We will NOT be going back!!!
