I walked into Dove Dental Family and I was shocked at mixture of a family pot. No matter what's your culture, this place had it all. I am not just talking about culture only, guest relationships were the second part of this dynamic group of people. I felt like I came to visit over and over. I had an appointment for a cleaning. Inconveniently the hygeniest was not schedule to work that day for my cleaning. So my question is why would you set my appointment for a cleaning when the hygienist was not schedule to work the day of my appointment. Then take xrays, and tell me how much my other services will cost. Before I get a cleaning done. That was very inconvenient on their behalf for me as a paying client. They could have reschedule my appointment when the hygienist is there. That did not make any sense to me at all. I would like to talk to Mr. Dove in person about my complaint. The dentist there was very cocky and did not speak until I said hello!!!! The staff was very nice no complaints there...the office was very clean....but the services was not convenient at all !!!! Nothing worse than taking off from work an did not get my cleaning done!!!

Very good experience! I was very pleased. I was in pain and they saw me as a walk-in patient. The office is nice and the staff was nice. The dentist and staff was very professional and helpful.

Not only was the place very neat, comfortable the staff very gracious, helpful; the Doctor and assistant very knowledgeable and precise and skilled in their work. The least I could do is to give them 5 Stars and look forward to getting all my dental work done here.Bless you all.

Great service every time! Professional receptionists, hygienists, and dentists. It's great that the kids and adults can be treated on the same visit. They are great with the kids. Very nice and clean facilities.

Staff was friendly and explained everyrhing that they were doing. Office was clean and liked that they santized equipment after each use. Also, got to watch the Matrix which was a plus.

This is the busy Dove dentistry. Staff was so nice they greet u with a smile. The play music and movies I like it. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was incredible especially sharing great information about my gums.
