Dove Family Dentistry does great work. The staff does great job in helping you to relax with your first time with oral surgery. It took about 5 mins to pull my tooth out. I was nervous at first but I feel alot better!

The person that was in charge of getting my insurance information did a horrible job. They politely had me to leave thinking I didn’t have any insurance but I did. Once that situation was resolved then they wanted to say I had a balance to pay when I have the most highest premium my job offered. I left and I won’t be returning

Best dentistry in the city for me.! I called around 2 days to get an extraction everybody denied me. I requested an appointment at 6 and got a call as soon as 9 am came.! Very professional and I will highly recommend them over anyone

I'm new to Memphis and found Dove on Google and based my going there off of reviews. From going there it is quite evident the practice has sold compared to the reviews posted here.
I was told I had 6 cavities. I got 4 taken care of. My back two lower molars on my right side were worked on and he completed the procedure in 20 minutes and did an absolutely terrible job. My teeth are worse off now than they were before I went there.
I went to Bartlett Family Dentistry and they said I dont have any other cavities that need filled, the job they did is terrible and I will be paying out of pocket to get my fillings fixed.
The staff is awesome.
Don't waster your time with this place if you do t have to.

This is my second time going to Dove Dentistry in Bartlett. I've always been extremely nervous and fearful of dentists but from the front office to the assistants to the dentists themselves, this office is amazing!! They talked me thru everything that I needed done, the pricing and appointments. They were patient and understanding. I have about 3 more visits to finish all my procedures but this will be my dentist office here out!!

Excellent dentist and staff. Actually looking forward to my next visit. Would have given five stars but I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and the admin side did not start inputting my information till 30 minutes had elapsed. I had to ask what the problem was with my appointment.

The good news is that the staff was very friendly and they got me in on a Saturday last minute. The bad is that I had a bridge repaired and the work was shoddy. It fell out less than a year later. I called to come back in, expecting that they would fix it at no additional charge and was told that I would have to shell out another $200. Ridiculous! Most bridges should last at least 5 to 10 years after placement. The fact that it came out so quickly speaks to the quality of the dental work. It's unfortunate, because like I said, the staff was nice and professional and I thought I had found a dentist I could return to again for all my future needs.
