This was my first initial visit the Staff was very friendly the approach the Dentist had was not so welcoming the procedure was painful and rough I will not be returning still trying to figure out how a procedure can be done without a cleaning and you leaving dentist office with small fragments in your mouth from filings “?”

This was my first time at this Dove Family Dentistry office in Bartlett ..everyone from the front desk to in the back where I met Dr.Mena Azab who by the way was a sweet heart was fantastic...EVERYONE there was very nice and I think well I know this will be my permanent dentist office..

Joanna/jolynna omg I forgot her exact name SORRY!!!, but she was patient,understanding and overall AMAZING ... I was going to cancel my appointment because I had to bring my kids with me while I get a cleaning.. she helped and made me very comfortable and my oldest daughter love her my second child is only 17days old but everything went well and I’m glad I didn’t cancel
Also I ended up having to get numb for my cleaning she made the experience better and not uncomfortable at all I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER

I am so pleased with Dove Family Dentistry. My daughter is always scared when we go to the dentist and they were sooooo patient with her and made her feel so comfortable. She has never been able to calm down all the way, she normally cries even when she is getting a cleaning; Dove calmed her nerves 100%. I am elated that we have finally found our dentist home:-)

I was seen on Monday May 11, 2019. The dental experience that day with Anthony Polk DDS was unacceptable to say the least. First, Dr. Polk didn't recognize that the crown on my upper right canine tooth was a permanent crown. Polk insisted it was a temporary crown and I persisted it was a permanent crown administered ar another another dental office and dentist.
I came in to Dove Family Dentistry Bartlett on May 11th for a root canal on my upper left canine tooth. Dr. Polk did the root canal then started to drill on my upper right canine on the permanent crown and moments later said "it is a permanent crown" and proceeded to drill because he said it was "too long." His chair side manner is so indifferent like he didn't care what I thought or said. It was disheartening to say the least. Much to my dismay Dr. Polk had ruined a perfect permanent crown on my upper right canine tooth. He didn't display any remorse after he discovered himself it was actually a permanent crown.
The temporary crown that Dr. Polk's assistant put on after Dr. Polk left the dental room was not smooth but rough and still is 4 weeks later.
I was not given a follow-up appointment for a crown nor was I asked to do so. That's alright because I'm never using this Dove Family Dentistry offer again. I'm reminded why when I rub my tongue over either top canine tooth. They both feel extremely rough.
