I've always had great quality work but what really makes the difference is the staff. Genuinely positive and happy people. It's refreshing to know this type of healthcare still exists. I believe it's a testament to Dr Volner's values and the way he treats not only his patients, but his staff too.

I was really hesitant about going to the dentist because it's been so long since I've been. The hygienist was great and took The time needed to get my teeth cleaned up even though it cut into her lunch hour. At a couple places in the past, I thought staff tried to sell me on some work that I didn't necessarily have to have. Dr Volner was not pushy or trying to sell me some expensive crown or procedure. Dr. Volner And the hygienist both made me feel relaxed and not anxious in the least. I deafinitely won't postpone my appointment with them.

The staff is always very friendly and everyone including Dr. Volner remember me and my daughter. It would be 5 stars but my daughter said the hygienist was a little 'pokey' on her gums. But hey! Her teeth looked great!

Great people. Awesome service. And they make you feel like family. I wouldn't trade them for anything. P.S. just had all my wisdom teeth taking out Today and I have very little swelling if any and barely any pain.

I went to the library & had the necessary forms downloaded & printed, then filled out before my appointment yesterday.
I WAS PREPARED!
Then I arrived at the office & called the # listed on the door. Whoever answered the phone to let me in took FOREVER to find my appointment & tell me to enter!
I had to wait in the lobby while they input my info into the computer. They should have been checking if my insurance could be used at this dental office.
Then I was given a total mouth X-ray to see if I could get implants. The woman who took these kept asking the same questions over & over. I had answered all there questions on ALL THE FoRMS submitted when I walked in the door!!! WHAT!!! She should have READ THEM and remembered the info!
After ALL THIS, I was told my dental insurance was not valid here.
Someone else came in to explain the difference between Cigna & Medicare Cigna!
The office should have known this up front when they copied BOTH my Cigna & Medicare cards!
But they wasted 2 hours of my time, included my time at the library! And the $2 it cost for the copies!
THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I get really nervous going to the dentists but my experience at Volner Family Dentist was amazingly pain free and changed my feelings about dentist. Everyone was reassuring and friendly. Joseph Volner explained what he was going to do before he did it and iI knew what the cost would be before anything was done. I have found my dentist for life!!
