I was able to get a relatively last minute appointment and when I got there a little early (before official opening), they were finishing up a team meeting. I come from a business world and I can’t tell you how secure it makes me feel in the professionalism of this office that they take time in the morning before work to get on the same page and discuss the activities of the day! Joseph goes the extra mile to stay up to speed on the latest industry and professional development opportunities to make sure his clients have the best combination of the latest technology with time-honored dental techniques. His personality and the vibe of the whole office can be described by what he told me the other day when I asked how everything was going; “Saving the world, one tooth at a time!”

I recently moved to Memphis and unfortunately, Friday I chipped one of my molars eating a piece of ice. So I got online and began to research and google respective dentist within Memphis and came across Dr. Volner. One thing that stoos out to me immediately was his 5 star rating, but even more important was the awesome comments and recommendations of not only him, but his friendly staff. This was very important to me, due to previous bad dentist I had personally developed a phobia. I have to admit, going to Volner Family Dental may have been one of the best decisions that I've made in my dental hygenie life!! Customer service by his friendly staff was absolutely amazing and I've gained a dentist for LIFE. Dr. Volner crowned my broken molar and did it without any pain *still shocked*. Thank you Dr. Volmer and staff for creating such a relaxed environment will be seeing you guys every 6 months going forward!!
