My first time going since Dr Hart retired. I had high expectations that this experience would be as good as it always was with Dr. Hart. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The dental hygienist was very nice, but I waited for 25 minutes in the room to see Dr Volner after my cleaning & he never came in the room. I ended up leaving and never seeing Dr Volner. Very disappointed! I need a partial and wanted to discuss options with him. I will go spend $3K somewhere else.
