Our previous dentist of many years had closed, and I needed to find a dentist ASAP when an old filling came out. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Dr. Volner’s office. The office was fantastic, got me in quickly, and were able to take care of the issue today. Dr. Volner was great at explaining each step he did (something that helps me, in general, with medical procedures.) He also took care to make sure I was numb, which was much appreciated as I often process anesthetics atypically.

I began coming to this office over 15 years ago when Dr. Hart was in this office. In the last year or two, he retired and Dr. Volner took over. I have been so happy with the new operation. I love my dental hygienist and Dr. Volner is great. Everyone is very sweet, professional and laid back. I hate going to the dentist in general but I really don’t mind going here. I now live in midtown and still drive back to Bartlett to this office because I like it so much. The office is quiet, clean with a calm environment. They also offer text reminders for appointments which is so helpful. Definitely can’t recommend them enough!

Staff was extremely polite and competent. Dr. Volner was very informative concerning the procedures to be done that day. During the entire procedure he was very conscious about any pain that might be felt. I would recommend the Volner practice to anyone.

Pleasant experience I was a walk in patient, I was greeted very pleasantly and received very quickly by a very professional and competent young lady who very quickly analyzed my problem and took corrective action . I had been to 4 other dentists offices prior that morning which none of them seemed interested in solving my problem which was a broken denture., they wanted to do a full mouth exam and xray before they even considered repairing my denture. If you need prompt, efficient, and professional care this is the place to go. They've certainly made a permanent customer of me for my dental needs.

I found my Dentist, finally! Everyone was so kind and friendly; I felt welcomed right away. My hygienist, Brandi was awesome. She was very detailed. My teeth haven't been this clean and smooth in years! Dr. Volner was warm and compassionate, which is not something you find with all doctors.
