Volner Family Dental DDS

I normally don't take the time to leave a review good or bad. However, after going for my first visit to Volner Family Dentistry yesterday, I wanted to take the time to say what a great experience it was. After a couple of bad experiences with dentists, I developed a huge fear of going to the dentist. Even making the appointment gave me anxiety. I needed to go but dreaded and feared the appointment for days because of my past experience with other dentists. I couldn't have been more wrong! The dentist and his entire staff at Volner Family Dentistry are absolutely adorable! They totally put me at ease. After only a few minutes of being there, I felt like I had known them forever. They were knowledgable and caring. The office is relaxed and not stuffy like a lot of medical or dentists offices can be. In fact, the staff and dentist are a lot of fun and as I mentioned before absolutely adorable! If you have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, then you need to go here. After one visit, I am convinced they could put anyone at ease. It truly was the best trip to a dentist I have ever made!

Very friendly staff! Really comfortable atmosphere for a dentist office. Also, the prices insurance and financial options are really great for the services they provide. I was given some good information on brushing and oral care products too. I would definitely recommend this dental facility to friends and family and will consider using their services for teeth whitening in the near future. Again, great staff and service!

I am new to Memphis and needed a dentist for routine care. Booking an appointment was easy, and I didn't have to wait months for an appointment.
When I arrived, I got to sit in the really comfy lobby, but only for about 5 minutes before my hygienist Brandi came and escorted me back for my exam and cleaning.
Brandi explained each step as we went. The x-rays are all digital and weren't uncomfortable at all. The exam and cleaning were quick and painless - no excessive scraping like some cleanings I've had in the past.
Dr. Volner came in and took a look before my appointment was over.
Both Dr. Volner and Brandi took the time to get to know me and made me feel that I was their only priority.
As I left, I noticed that there was a cooler of juice bottles and a Keurig in the lobby.
I'd recommend Volner Family Dental to anyone.

I absolutely Love Dr. J. Volner and the entire staff. They make my experience awesome each and every time. They take the time to get to know their patients on a personal level and they actually care about you. Please give them a try!! You won't regret it!!!! The Best!!! Oh and Brandy is the best Hygienist ever!!

Oh my, where do I start! Volner Family Dental is unbelievable!! We have never experienced such a caring and friendly group of people in any medical setting ever. Dr. Volner is an excellent dentist and his staff is top notch, actually better than top notch. I cannot say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist with an awesome support team. I would give them 100 hundred stars if I could.

I won't go into details about our experience at my daughter's pediatric dental office (which she has gone to since she was 2 and now she is 15), but they ruined her two front teeth. The pediatric dentist did offer to have us come back in to work on her teeth some more, but I was afraid to let them do anything else.

I decided to try another dentist. I looked on Google to find one with the most and best reviews. I found Dr. Volner. At first, I will admit that I couldn't believe all of the good reviews, but out of desperation I called them anyway.

The young lady I spoke to was so friendly and attentive. I explained everything to her and she said she was going to speak with Dr. Volner and call me back. Well, she did... in about 30 minutes! They had such compassion for her situation that they worked her in that same afternoon after she got out of class.

Dr. Volner checked her teeth and recommended veneers!! And 2 days later (yes, just 2 days later) she had veneers!!! And they look fantastic, absolutely fantastic! Very natural looking and they are white, but they match the whiteness of her other teeth perfectly.

We are sooooooo incredibly grateful to Dr. Volner, Mandy and the entire staff for going WAY above and beyond to help my daughter. And to top it off, Dr. Volner's office has the state of the art equipment to make her veneers in-house so they didn't have to wait for a lab to make them.

It was a very interesting and amazing process. Dr. Volner took a picture of her full mouth and transferred it to a 3D model in software on a computer. From there, he was able to manipulate and "tweak" the model of "her" teeth until they looked the way we wanted them to.

Then, he sent the specifications to a machine in his office that made each veneer right before our eyes... yes, we got to watch the machine make her veneers... incredible! After the veneers were glazed and baked in a "tooth kiln", he meticulously applied them to her front teeth.

The whole experience was such a breath of fresh air and they made us feel totally comfortable every step of the way. And since her retainers would not fit over her new veneers, Mandy made her a new set on the same day because she didn't want her to be without them over the Thanksgiving break.

I can honestly say that you won't find a better, friendlier or more caring dental office anywhere. I only wished we had found him 13 years ago. Thank you Dr. Volner, thank you Mandy, thank you to the sweet young lady I first spoke to (her name slips my mind) and thank you to the rest of their team. You guys are awesome!! 😊

It is always a great experience at Volner Dental. Everyone is always nice. They explain things well and take their time with you. I never feel rushed. They also have same day crowns which is great. Usually you have to get a temporary crown then come back again after it's made.

Dr. Volner and his staff are absolutely wonderful. This dentist’s Office is such a different experience than other dentists I’ve used.
The staff knows your name without you reminding them who you are. Everyone there is very personable and it’s hard to have left the office without laughing and joking with everyone.
Dr. Volner and his staff are awesome, and I highly recommend this dental group to everyone.
