Aspen Dental

I went to Aspen Dental for a new set of dentures . After receiving the dentures, I was highly disappointed. They were poorly made . I have huge carved out gaps in the gums , the teeth are scratched . I’ve went back 2 times for adjustments already and was told nothing could be done about the poor quality, that’s just how they were made . Also you can hear the nurses talk about you when they leave the treatment room, especially if you are not satisfied. Do not waste your money here , please just go somewhere else .

Everyone great except Dentist was alittle rough

Most horrible people to work with. They cancelled my appointment because they didn't get verbal confirmation from me that I was coming. Whatever happened to calling to confirm an appointment.
Apparently they will not be getting my free insurance money. Maybe they don't need it. They always seem busy.
I've been back 3 times since my initial review and each time I've waited in excess of 30 to 45 minutes. My time is valuable too.

So, prior to yesterday's visit to Aspen Dental in Bristol TN, I hadn't been to a dentist in at least 13 years and I was SO stinkin' nervous. Literally so preoccupied with anxiety, and pain due to dental neglect, that i forgot to bring my mask and thought to myself "Great! Another thing I will be judged for!" I'm so glad I didnt chicken out, immediately upon entering this sweet facility I was offered a disposable mask and quick polite check-in. The E N T I R E staff was so kind, reassuring, professional, and thorough. Every time I said I was nervous, and that I wished I got my teeth looked at sooner, and how embarrassed I felt about my lack of dental upkeep - I was met with complete understanding and empathy. Even when we got to talking about the physical issues with my mouth, it was done so kindly and respectfully! The entire facility felt clean and safe, and they are digital so the time it takes to get the x-rays done is worth it - the technicians are amazing! The images are available immediately and they are so cool to look at. My insurance knocked the price of my visit(s) down, but the on-site fast and friendly financing made cost a complete non-issue. Now I have a dental care plan I will commit to without fear. Even with a mouth full of gauze, and a diet of mushy warm food for the next week or so, I look forward to my next visit ♡

All the employees went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed in a way I could afford it. I went in feeling down and without a smile and left feeling great about myself. Thanks Aspen Dental Bristol!!!

I started out going to Aspen Dental in Bristol, TN. I paid an outrageous price to have work done, but didn't mind because i thought this place looked professional & worth the money. Even though it took me almost 3 hours to drive there, I actually liked it to begin with. All of the staff was very nice. My last appointment there was at 8:30am, after the long drive & $50 in gas to get there, i go in & sign myself in at 8:38am. To be completely honest i was 8 minutes late. At 8:42am a lady that works there (that I'd never met there before) steps up to the counter & tells me they can't see me because i was 12 minutes late & then tries to reschedule my appointment. My wife & i try to talk to the lady, we apologize for being a few minutes late & the lady then tells us that she could have seen me if i was 5 minutes late but not any more late than that. So, we leave. I have since been going to Aspen Dental in Pikeville, KY, which i love, the people, place & service are 1000% better. So if you have ANY other places to go besides Aspen Dental in Bristol, TN... then go to your other places! The only reason i gave a 2 star rating is because of how nice & respectful the rest of the staff were.

My experience was great! The staff put me at ease and were very professional. The Drs evaluation and meeting with the office manager to put a plan together to move forward was very informative and very efficient. This helped me to understand the work that needed to be done and the cost of each service figuring in what my insurance would pay and explaining the balance. The texting to confirm your appointment and as a reminder was easy and helpful. I'm very impressed with the team at Aspen!

Great experience, the people that work at aspen Dental are 100% Professional. When I went in I did not have an appointment but they worked me in. I'm 51 years old and had not been to a dentist for about 15 years and I dip a lot of skoal and my teeth where getting real bad and part of not going to a dentist is because I look so bad but they where very professional and courteous. At the end of my visit I was very happy and in a few weeks they are going to make me whole again and that means the world to me. Thank all the "GREAT" people that work at Aspen dental on the volunteer Parkway Bristol Tennessee and may God bless you and your families, thank you Bobby White

Poor workmanship on dentures, instead of fixing the partial they made, they want to surgically modify my wife's jaw. We asked them repeatedly to create another partial that fits correctly, but they repeatedly refused. Insisting modifying the bone of the jaw is a "standard thing". They receptionist was extremely rude and only wanted to schedule oral surgery to to make the jaw fit the partial instead of the partial fitting the jaw.
We are going to get a second opinion from another dentist, if it is poor workmanship we may seek legal recourse as the "new denture" from Aspen has already damaged my wife's gums.
If you want good, quality and hassle free dental work I would NOT suggest Aspen. The staff member "Wendy" was very rude, disrespectful and just plain snotty. In addition, and in my opinion violated HIPPA discussing my personal information in a way that all of the lobby could hear, she was not discussing it with me as much as discussing it with another staff member from the back. It seems "Wendy's" co-workers have to apologize for her behavior apparently nothing can be done about it.

I had once thought of going here but after a friends visit no thank you!!! He stated the nurses were great however the actual dentist he saw was extremely rude and mean, to the point that with his anxiety and depression he balled his eyes out after his appointment. Shame on her for how she handled his appointment, you never know what someone is going through.
