The people were friendly and courteous but the wait time was way too long. After an hour wait, the actual dentist spent 5 minuets with me. Made me feel like I wasn't worth his time. I hope my next appointment will be better, since I have to go back for a crown

They were very nice and friendly. They took care getting me a good fit even redoing the bottom set cuz too big. I say that's good business. My tops are in and so comfortable. If ur like me you may worry while going through the soft fills mine were buck and big but w hard fill the tops are a perfect ... I forget I have them I. And look so different than w soft fill...dont be discouraged. Aspen dental will work w you and get you the smile you desire. Thank you Aspen dental and Jesus!

Do not recommend. Went in because a crown fell out. It was a four hour appointment and $1200 for a periodontal deep cleaning and to recement the crown. Six days later, the crown fell back out. They wanted to charge me another $80 to recement it. Last week I was told it was no problem and it should work fine to cement it back in. Today they decided there wasn't enough tooth structure for it to hold. Totally unacceptable that I was not told that last week or that they don't guarantee crowns that they didn't manufacture!! Since I need further work, will be searching for a dentist who cares about me, not just money.

They have been nice to me. Just if they was a little more organized. I have had a couple of mix ups with my care. Not giving me a soft liner for my immediate dentures, found out I should have had it six months ago. Also waited 3 months on immediate dentures.

Had some major work done by Dr.Carl. The doctor and office staff are as professional and as nice as any other dental office I've been in, and believe me I've been in a few in my 60 years. I like the fact of knowing costs and options beforehand, vs the old school method of not knowing costs until it's too late. The office is clean, modern, very professional. I was seen right on my scheduled appt. time, maybe 10 minutes wait. The actual procedure itself was 100% pain free!!!
You shouldn't base your decision on wether or not to go here based on the negative reviews, you're only hearing one side of the story and I'm quite sure the other side of the story would negate the negative reviewer's story. Most likely they went here thinking they'd get $1000 worth of dental for $100. When aspen advertises a tooth extraction for say $100, that"s for a normal extraction, not a tooth that broke 5 years ago and is going to require 4 hours to get it out of your jaw! These reviews are most likely from people who only go to the dentist when they can't stand the pain anymore and don't even own a toothbrush.
I have some other major work to be done and will most definitely be going back based on the fact that Dr. Carl gave me options and listened to what I wanted done and said he could make the dental piece I wanted. Give them a try, I think you'll be satisfied.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Went there as a new patient to have one thing done. Scheduled the appointment on July 3rd for July 8th. Was advised that what I needed done would be done same day. I spent 2 hours there to get xrays and a treatment plan and was advised what I needed done would require me to come back again for what I originally requested to be done and that it would still not be done the same day. Got polar opposite information from scheduling the original appointment to actually arriving for my appointment. I was obviously upset and was very irritated and got an attitude from the lady checking me out because I was upset about inaccurate information being provided originally and trying to understand why they couldn't do what I came in for today since that was what the appointment was scheduled for to begin with. Will NOT be back.

Michelle was my hygienist. She did a good, quick job and was very gentle on my gums. Dr. Lee was the doctor to check on me and she was also quick and very pleasant to speak with. One of my better dentist experiences.

I had such a great experience! Dr. Major was extremely fast and efficient. I didn’t feel a thing when he pulled all 4 of my wisdoms. Karlie was really nice too.

7 months ago my disabled daughter went for her 6 month FREE cleaning and x-rays. They tell her she owes $38.for floride, which she paid.I went up to tell them she is not getting the floride and to refund her money. Well they can't do that, once the insurance pays, there will be a credit and then they will send a check.. the next month, I get a bill for $44, saying the insurance didn't pay. I call insurance, they have not been billed.I call Aspen, they will refile.. next month same thing.. again and again and again.. finally the last person I talked to, got it filed correctly, only to receive a letter yesterday from the insurance company saying they are not paying the claim,it has not been filed in a timely manner..I go to Aspen today to talk with office manager, but since I didn't have an appointment, I couldn't a speak with her.The person I talked to says they have a year to file,and should not have been denied.. I am sure I will be back next month, and will be sure to make an appointment so I can talk to the office manager.. really bad service, I would not recommend this place to anyone..

Update:
I called the number listed below in the response from Aspen. I talked to two different people ,who were very concerned with my issue. I was told the regional manager would call me within 24-48 hours. Two weeks later, I still have not heard from her. Still don't know where I stand with the issue.

I was a walk-in in tremendous pain. I was greeted promptly by staff who promptly registered me in their system. I did have a bit of a wait, but I expected that. My visit resulted in a simple extraction which isn't fun in any case.

I would recommend the Bristol, Tn office of Aspen dental wholeheartedly.
