Have a broken tooth, called made an appointment with them to have it extracted. Was told “we have multiple forms of financing if you can’t pay today.” Took the last $20 I had to my name to get this tooth took care of and ended up talking to a consultant that since I didn’t have $244 for an extraction on the spot, let alone the almost $4,000 they wanted for things I never even asked for, I have to still walk around in pain and agony. You have to have great credit and make good money to get financed through some “third party company at almost 30% interest”. Besides, they didn’t “have change for my $20 bill” so they kept my remainder of my money and put it on my account that I will never be able to use.
ASPEN DENTAL IS TRASH WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMERS IN NEED AND TAKES YOUR MONEY, SOME COMPANY THAT CANT EVEN GIVE YOU CHANGE WHEN SERVICES RENDERED ARE LESS THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I have been an Invisalign patient with this company since last Spring. At the end of my regular number of trays, some teeth still needed work turning. Which i understood, and even expected at the outset. I have now been waiting for those "extended trays" for more than 4 months. The office always has an answer -- plausible, reasonable, good, or not -- but the fact remains that the last trays i had didn't last well past one month, and now my bottom teeth have begun turning to the same positions they were when we started. Yesterday, i went in, excited to get the new trays, and the company sent trays for where my teeth were positioned MONTHS ago. The staff is great; doctors change too frequently for them to have started the Invisalign program when they did. I wish that I had never started the process, but now I'm on the hook to a third-party finance company for about $5000. Lots of things need to be examined by a board or body that can do something about all of the "inconvenient" mix-ups that happen in this office.

Followed all their instructions to get myself “assigned” to their office through my insurance. Insurance contacts them for approval and they’re told I would have to reschedule my appointment for next month...after I’ve already scheduled and waited 2 weeks for my appointment... never had such a difficult time trying to see a dentist in my life

I arrived for my appt Friday 4\11 at 11:00 am. I have a bad toothache. They took x-rays and put me in the exam room. At about 11:45 they told me they couldn't reach my insurance for approval. They were scheduled to close at 12 and rescheduled me for Monday. I went to my car and called my insurance with no problem. It seems I was put off all weekend with a toothache so the could leave at 12. I'm very upset

No one enjoys going to the dentist! My first experience with this office was 12/19 and I could say enough great things about this dental practice! From the moment I connected with a wonderful customer service professional and she showed empathy and assured me she can help me. I knew there was something special about this office. After a brief hold I was pushed in with an appointment set... that easy! Once I showed I was greeted by a very friendly and attentive staff. Once my name was called there was no time wasted, I went straight to xray and examination. I expected this to be all we would accomplish and expected to have to wait in pain until the next available appointment. No, I was set for 3 appointments in succession taking care of my needs same day.... then to beat it all, the wonderful woman in financial. Worked with me on payments. For a single father around Christmas time this meant the world to me! My experience was seamless and less stress than I ever though possible! To the staff - Thank you! I know where I'll be going for my future dental needs! You set the bar high!!! -Dewayne B

I would rate in the negatives if i could. From a dentist who gave me a filling on a nerve which now needs a root canal on 3 teeth and infection now in my bone, yes it caused damage on 3 teeth because i called for an emergency appt and was denied had to wait a week went to er went to urgent care antibiotics were not working did these dentists care? Nope they want to pitch over 9,000 worth of unnecessary services and push me out the door with no different antibiotic. I was treated rudely by the dentist the office manager and they literally told me to call back when i decided what procedure i wanted to pay for!!! I had to get my primary care physician to get a strong antibiotic to and meds ti avoid a very serious problem from getting even worse!!!! My dental insurance changed my primary dentist immediately and filed a complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL TO ANYONE!!! ITS A CORPORATION OUT FOR MONEY NOT TO HELP ANYONE. They could care less if anyone suffers dies or looses bones as long as they get that all mighty dollar!!!

I would recommend Aspen Dental to all that need to replace any existing teeth or just need to have an extraction. My experience with the staff was courteous and professional and they went the extra mile to assist me with the plan that most fits my needs and budget. Thank you Aspen Dental for an uplifting experience in replacing my existing teeth.

The Office personnel are so pleasant. Wait time is very short. Clean office and really bright waiting area. RDA is very professional. I definitely would recommend to all that ask where is a good dentist office to go to!

Went to get tooth pulled. They did X-ray. Said I had very good insurance. That my amount would all be paid except around $900 dollars. Said could fix my tooth instead of pulling it. And that I needed additional work. So I went ahead signed.their contact and pay. Now I'm getting a $350 dollar bill and turned it in on my credit report. If I agree to something I try my best to honor it. They don't. Look for other dentist. I will take a stick and rock and knock one out before I go back there. LiarsL
