Super friendly, helpful, genuine people. I'm glad I chose Aspen Dental. I am normally terrified of the dentist. They made me feel comfortable and completely addressed all my needs. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I like the people here the majority of them are kind and well at care giving, they work hard at what they do it shows. I appreciate them and respect them on a high level for every aspect that they approached me. And as a construction work heath is a big deal to my company, if my co-worker did not suggest me to them they I would be stuck with the crummy dental workers that I had before. I am looking forward to going to them from here on out for all my dental needs.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs dental work! I had to have sedation for a severely impacted wisdom tooth, and the dentist and staff were fantastic! I had little recovery time and the site healed very well. Not to mention they did their best on working with my insurance to make sure my payments were as low as possible! Aspen Dental is the way to go!!

Staff were very pleasant and informative. I left with a full understanding of the condition of my teeth. The reason I didn't give them a 5 was because of the long wait ( an hour) over my appointment time

I got my dentures four days early, and I know I was I was supposed to wear my mask when I left but I was smiling showing off my new fangs , people in the waiting room said hey looking good and all my friends say they look so natural thanks Aspen Dental you done good

My husband actually went & said "NOPE! I will NEVER go there again!" He had a 3pm appointment, didn't get seen until 4:40pm, & did not get out of there until 5:30pm. He would have left but they took his money right away when he walked in. This isn't the first time that he's sat there FOREVER. Our advice is to find a real dentist.

I went in because of tooth pain only to be told they're not sure why my tooth hurts but I need $4,500 worth of work done on my mouth! Dentist was more worried about a "cleaning" than trying to help me with my pain! I get it, maintenance needs to be established, but I figured trying to come up with a solution to my chief complaint would be important too. Never again!

I used to go to their Johnson City office until their male dentists left there, and the female Asian dentist there was WAY too rough and I did not think I wanted her to be my dentist so I was going to Bristol and am seen by Dr Carle, a male dentist. But, Dr Carle can be unpredictable, make random, fast movements, hurt you, and then not apologize, but overall he's done good work on me.

I went there as a new patient. And the staff was real friendly. I had Dr.Lee and she made sure to thoroughly explain everything and If I had question about something she would explain it to me. Everyone is nice and friendly there. If you go there I recommend Dr. Lee.

They don’t want nothing but your money there so nice they’ll they make u pay up front, the doc was very rude and so was the office manger. I asked for more numbing medicine they was very rude about that. Then just sent me out the door with no medicine or anything. I called the next morning to tell them how much pain I was in and the office manger did not care and told me I wasn’t in pain.
