When for an appointment to get impression for bottom dentures. Doctor came in to check mouth. He said someone will be with you in a few minutes to discuss dentures. Forty five minutes later a person came in and we went to another area only to tell us we will have to come back for another appointment to do the impressions because they were short two staff members and didn’t have anyone to do the impression.

I haven't been to a dentist in nearly 10 years because of some awful experiences I had, so obviously I developed some anxiety about seeing anyone. The people here at Aspen made my experience so wonderful and were so understanding of my anxiety! Amanda, Karlie, Ginger, Adam, Wyndie, and Dr. Major made me feel super comfortable and I literally left feeling very happy!!

If I could rate using 0 stars I would. Having just relocated to this area the only reason why I saw the dentist was because of pain. Their signage reads walk-ins welcome. I was ever so thankful to be seen. Only to be charged for pulling a tooth without it actually being pulled. I have to wait 3 days. Their walk-in appointments are only "introductory". Who, on the spur of a moment, drops into a dental office just to establish themselves?
I sat there in the billing office sobbing from pain. NEVER have I been turned away from a dentist in pain. The gal was adamant that they couldn't help me because it's Friday and they close at 1.
There were two more hours until close and they did NOTHING to help me. 😭
This area desperately needs urgent dentistry.

this is the first time that i've tried Aspen dental and the staff was outstanding. very cordial and accommodating. the actual dentist was ok, he wasn't very personable and didn't say a whole lot, but he got the job done with no pain. overall, a good experience.

When you try to call the local number you can't get anyone to answer. I've spent four thousand dollars for dentures and they are cutting my gums to pieces and can't get anyone to do nothing about it! They suck!
