Everyone there is very nice they try to to make sure you are comfortable and when it's uncomfortable they do their best to make sure it's quick all of them deserve A+++++++++

Ridiculous! Called early and the lady told me to come in as a walk in. Sat in the lobby for 1.5 hrs before a receptionist showed up. Then i had to wait another 30 mins before approaching the desk to ask how much longer the wait would be. The receptionist tells me then that New York makes their appointments and they are short staffed so NO walk ins. I will be contacting the Corporate office about this. My time is valuable and i do not appreciate it being wasted!! This is unreal to me! I see so many Replies to these reviews saying call to give your opinion. If nothing changes why waste time calling? Just another cpl wasted hours on hold? No thank you!

This is the best location for your dental care. The staff has the best personalities I've ever experienced at a dentist office. I had to be seen for what was an emergency (to me) and they were very accommodating on the day before Thanksgiving. This will be my new dentist office. The young lady that took me back from the lobby made me forget why I was there. 😍

I visited this location to have a check-up for the first time in a very long time. I was nervous but was met with a comforting staff, including a very professional Adam C. He was very kind and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! I will definitely be coming back here as long as I'm living in this area.

I work here in this office as a hygienist. The dentist I work under is a very kind dentist. Recently had a permanent crown placed. It feels like my own natural tooth. I can't feel the margins at all. As a hygienist, I'm extremely picky about dental treatments and restorations. Dr Major was meticulous in his care for me! Awesome dentist ! This has been my profession for 13 years and I've NEVER done a review for any other dentist. I'm proud of mine! Highly recommended!

Set appointment for today at 930....went there only to be told my appointment was cancelled because they called to confirm and didn't get ahold of me. Trust me no call or email was received and can't get another appointment until August 12th. Not pleased at all. Hoping my appointment for Aug won't be cancelled due to no confirmation!

Staff was great. Everyone was super friendly. Price was a bit higher than other places, is the only reason the 5th star wasn't given. No fault of the faculty.

Was here a few months ago and was told I needed all my lower teeth pulled and dentures put in along with partial for my top that my teeth wasn't fixable. I'm 25 so I didn't think this was right.went to get another opinion at a different dentist and was told there was not a single tooth in my head that needed to pulled that they were all fixable. Do not recommend aspen dental at all. just a bunch people wanting money from you that's it.
