The staff is so friendly and empathic. I didn't have to wait long before I was quickly taken to the back. The dentist explained to me what needed to be done. The finance manager is a wonderful lady who got me set up with a payment plan. Absolutely a great place and I have already referred a couple of people.

It was great had to wait a little bit but that was fine. I understand that it might take a little while longer on some patience. When I got to the back it didn't take long for them to do what they had to do around 20 min. and then I was out.

Awesome staff! Awesome experience! Went in as a new patient and got my x-rays and cleaning done in no time. Jennifer (Dental Assistant) and Debbie (Hygienist) were very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I've always had problems going to the dentist from bad experiences from previous dentists but when I walked in the door of Aspen Dental it was a completely different atmosphere. They were very friendly and efficient as soon as you came in. All of the staff were great. I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Carle explained everything that was going to be done and it was painless. He did a fantastic job. It is finally nice to have a dentist where I actually want to keep coming to.

Having recently moved to this area from New York I was in need of an emergency dentist, call Aspen and explain the situation and within two hours I was in their office. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful, they explain everything to me and then I spoke with the office manager who went over everything in detail with me. I was very impressed with Aspen dentist and we'll definitely have them as my primary dentist from now on

I went in this week as a new patient. I do not enjoy going to the dentist but this was a very pleasant experience. My husband and I was amazed at the kindness that was shown to us. The dental assistant, Jamie, was awesome! I saw Dr. Dave Hunt who was very kind and explained everything so well. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, who was so nice to us. I would recommend anyone to go to this place for a good dental experience!

I needed an emergency dental appointment for a chipped tooth on Friday, the Aspen Dental in Bristol were able to not only schedule me an appointment, same day, they also were able to pull the tooth within an hour of determining it needed to come out. The staff was nothing but warm and welcoming, they were sure to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I would highly suggest this office for all of your dental needs. My dentist, Dr. Stanford, was very professional and efficient. I was back on my feet two days after the extraction.

I recently had my teeth cleaned at the Bristol, TN location. I can honestly say, it was the best experience I've had during this procedure. I have never been to a dentist office for a cleaning and left without any pain or discomfort. The hygienist did a wonderful job, and I appreciate that. Clean, comfortable atmosphere, and so far, all the employees seem knowledgeable in their job.

It was awesome... They had Cake and Balloons waiting for my arrival.. The free bar and live band was a bonus.. By the time for my appointment, I didn't have a care in the world.. Don't even remember having the work completed.. Bravo!!! Can't wait until my next appointment...
