Sad to say. Dentist is great, but the drama in the front office is bad. The two women in the front will treat patients like trash. What ever happened to customer service? Why does the owner allow such low standards? They use awful manerisms with customers and they are still somehow employed. You are losing customers to the awful treatment that they receive by your front office staff. Let me know when you have cleaned house and I will then go back.

I pay my insurance monthly, take a morning off from work to go to a dentist to receive bad treatment for myself or my loved ones?

I called today at 4:30 to cancel all future appointments. You would too if your spouse had been disrespected.

Finding a dentist when moving somewhere new, is complicated, trying to sift through ALL the reviews and options to see “ hmmm where should I go “. Well, if you’re asking me, and you’re probably not 😉🤣 I would 💯 % suggest this establishment.

I went in with a previous treatment plan that initially would have cost me a pretty penny or two! They were able to reevaluate the previous Dentists discovery, and turns out, I didn’t need all the work they said I did.

Went in with little expectations and an idea that I was about to go in debt to achieve the quality of teeth that I wanted and left saving money and more than satisfied.

They work with you to make you feel calm, welcomed, and comfortable. I have bad anxiety with anyone doing work in my mouth. I was able to do this appointment with no sort of numbing agent other than a mouthwash.

The front desk workers are amazing. My technician was amazing. The Dentist himself was refreshing and kind.

So if you’ve just moved here, or even if you’ve been here in the Clarksville area a while, and you’re looking for a great quality Dentist to see.. look no further! 101st Adult Dentistry is the best I’ve ever been to 😊❤️

Dental hygienist was amazing! She took her time and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. It was the best cleaning I've had in years. I was really happy with my visit. Overall, amazing dentistry with excellent customer service. Thank you!

I'm extremely scared of dentist, but let me say how from reception to Caryn, Jeanette and Dr. Britton my experience was amazing!! I told them how scared I am and they talked me through and showed me that it can and will be OK! Thank you for am amazing visit

Excellent staff, prompt service, accurate billing & record keeping. Text reminders & communication are always accurate. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I had a very pleasant experience here! The staff was friendly and gentle. The appointment went quickly and I had a very short wait. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family!

I have referred 101st Dentistry to my family and friends and today is an example of why. Today was a hard to reach rear molar to be drilled and filled. Dr. H was great and Tia was friendly, smooth, soothing, gentle and expert in her work.
If I get another hole in my head I what her to fill it.

The staff is very friendly and make sure you comfortable. I have never had a bad experience.
