101st Adult Dentistry

I have sent a contact message off their website n gotten no reply. Actually sent twenty plus messages. Asking for digital copy of my lastest x-rays. Last visit, I was told something was eating my tooth pulp. Want explanation as to what the dentist thinks it could be. Don't know of a disease that eats except cancer. I think my diagnosis is IMPORTANT. What do y'all think? They sent digital x Ray's to wrong address and said no diagnosis.

I have been a patient both times my husband was stationed on Ft. Campbell. They have have always been awesome and very professional. So, when I learned that we would be retiring on Fort Campbell, if I didn't know anything, I knew where I was going to the dentist😊. Thought some faces had changed, the smiles and excellent service was the same. The staff at 101st ROCK!!!!

I love this dentist office. I first came here a couple years ago when another local dentist told me I had 10 cavities... I really just couldn't settle with that and got a second opinion. I came to 101st adult dentistry and only had 2 cavities, which they were able to correct right away. I know I can trust them and continue to come here. The office is always clean and everyone is so nice.

I arrived at this location with a appointment time scheduled and was refused dental treatment after them receiving the control number. I sat at this location for a hour and half for them to let me know I couldn’t get any dental treatment. Leslie the office staff told me they was not aware of the type of insurance I was using (TRICARE) even after Leslie talking to the insurance company herself. DO NOT come to this location if you want to be treated right and get appropriate dental care when needed.

I have been going to see Dr Hnarakis for almost 10 yrs now. As stated in a previous comment you never have to wait for your appointment, I have always been called back earlier than the scheduled time. As for the staff they are very helpful and pleasant to be around. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

My first visit, it was all good. Soldier's wife cleaned my teeth. Second visit a drone did the work because the soldier's wife quit. Then they tried to bully me into watching a video. I didn't have time and told them so.
Time for my 3rd visit, they didn't call or send a post card. (I had changed jobs and killed a phone, so I didn't have it recorded like I should have.) BUT, I did get a nasty letter from them about missing my appointment with the doctor's name stamped on it upside down!! Low speed. You can't remind me to come like every other dentist office on earth, but you can mail me a nasty-gram?!
THE WORST PART IS...they want me to pay $15 for my Xrays to be sent/released to me! Hello, Clarksville is a military town? It isn't like we got up and moved away because we wanted to! The lady said, "In TN we have the right to charge a fee for records." The right to do something doesn't make it the RIGHT thing to do. Shaking my head at a dentist office who has the nerve to put 101st on the sign but not support those in the military.

Hands down the best dental office in town. There is always friendly staff and prompt care. I have terrible dental anxiety and i’m always at ease with Dr.Britton and his staff! I definitely highly recommend this office to anyone. 😁

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but the staff here are extremely friendly and they make me feel welcome and comfortable. So glad I found this place.

Been going here every 6 months for the last few years and I absolutely love them! They are all very friendly and accommodating. I actually look forward to my regular cleanings!!!

To start off I have a VERY low tolerance to pain, or I'm a adult baby, lol so when I enter a dentist office, I already have extreme anxiety, but at 101 st Adult Dentistry, everyone was so nice, and during my procedure, everyone continued to ask me was I okay and if I felt any pain at all to let them know and they went numb me even more, it was a very, very pleasant experience (with sounds crazy since I received an extraction) I also like the fact that it was extremely clean throughout the entire establishment, very reasonable priced, Anddd everyone had on masks🤗 ....I would definitely recommend going here and I'll be making them my dental home!!
