I went in for a cleaning. I saw the female doctor who came in for 1 second and looked in my mouth with a mirror and didn't even probe around. Charged me for a full exam which didn't exist. I called to pay the bill and "Stacy" couldn't even be polite on the phone and hung up on me. I suppose good medical service and taking care of patients isn't part of their service plan.

I've been a patient for 10+ years and have had the opportunity to visit both the Collierville and Nettleton locations. Great environment and even better service!!! I definitely wouldn't go to another dentist!!!! And I am very pleased with my Invisalign!!!!

Don't waste your time coming here. My husband had over $1000 of work done here and was told the don't prescribe pain medication for fillings. 4hours later he was complaining about pain and they might as well have said, "Oh well". Very rude and unprofessional.
