Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! :) they are way BEYOND the BEST in the Upper Cumberland. They truly are the REAL definition of TRUE dentistry! They care... the money is not top priority with them... they really do care! I highly recommend them! 5 stars isn’t enough for this office. Staff and dentist are absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience because of them I can smile again another thing is comfort they make sure you have medicine that best fits your pain level. Would offer to anyone

100% the best!! I have very bad anxiety
And needed an emergency extraction. I called Wednesday evening and they were able to get me in as soon as they opened Thursday. Will be getting the remaining dental work I need done here, they are very patient with you and respectful. If you’re looking for a dentist look no further.

5 stars aren’t enough! I am and always have been terrified of the dentist. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and that is saying A LOT for me! I went in for my upper teeth extraction and top plate. I was in and out with no pain/complaints with my plate in place and it only took an hour. I have had very minimal pain, but they did assure me if I needed anything at all just give them a call. I would recommend this Dental Office 1000% and will most definitely continue to go to Quality Dental Care!!

I've always been terrified of the dentist. I had my teeth pulled 3 years ago and was told I didn't pay for the permanent ones. 🙃 I went 3 years with no teeth. January, I went to Quality Dental and didn't know what to expect and didn't have high expectations. I now have my smile back with the dentures they painstakingly made for me. I am in happy tears daily with the things I am able to do now. Thank you so much!!!!! 5 stars all the way from the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they have. I trust them 100% and I know if I have any issues, I am confident they will help me. Thank you thank you!!!! 😁

I have a horrible fear of dentist offices. This was a great experience staff is patient and caring Dr. Mims is gentle and awesome. He explained the X-rays he gently gave me 2 shots and pulled my back tooth that had been cracked from a fall in a few gentle tugs my tooth was out in 1 piece. They explained the follow up care and took the time to let me breath before the extraction. I am so grateful I found this place ❤️
Came back for a cleaning Miss Kim was so gentle and sweet she took her time made sure I was completely comfortable and I'm about to have 2 more extractions... Not feeling anxiety just excited to have found such a great place

I can't say enough good things about this whole office. There was not one worker who didn't go above and beyond. Dr. Mims goes above and beyond. I went in for a consultation and in a lot of pain and he went ahead and did the work I needed that day. I've never been more at ease when in the dentist chair. I have dental anxiety but got some work done without laughing gas. 5 stars is not high enough of a rating. I will not go to another dentist.

Had to get all teeth pulled and the staff was excellent! He made sure you was comfortable the whole time, very minimal pain except the usual that's expected.definitely recommend for any dentistry needs 10/10 ☆

If I could give a 6 star rating I would. The staff was wonderful and Dr Mimms is the most caring dentist I have ever been to. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing dental care.
