All of the DentalCares staff are wonderful! Jamie,Janelle,Cindy and Sheila always greet me with a smile and are very helpful and informative. Dr. Thompson is very thorough and patient when doing any kind of dental work. She has excellent "bedside manner" and its apparent that she loves what she does and cares about her patients. There have been several times when i need to come in on short notice and they are very understanding and do their best to get me in as soon as possible. I have referred my wife and will keep recommending this office to many loved ones!

By far the worst dentist office in Memphis! He recommended me to an oral surgeon, who didn’t return any calls for a follow up due to excruciating pain, so I scheduled an appointment with dental cares to get it checked out. They did an X-ray, and examination (billed insurance for both) just to tell me that he will not do follow Ups for another surgeons work... SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN SAID UPFRONT!! TERRIBLE PLACE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I had to have a tooth extraction done and my procedure was done by Dr.Hennesy and he was assisted by Mrs.Anita.They were the absolute best and I wouldn't go anywhere else,they made me feel so comfortable and Dr.Hennessy still took out time out of his busy day to make sure I was feeling ok!!!I also received a new patient gift and I was excited about that lol!!!Overall i had a terrific experience at Dental Cares

Best experience with a Dental Ofc! I had an tooth extraction and suture removal and was terrified with both, but Gwen comforted me and assured me she would take care of me and she did just that! She made me feel as if I was family! Dr. Hennessy was awesome as well! He made me lighten up with his witty sense of humor! I would recommend Dental Cares to anyone! The office is clean, modern, and the staff is friendly and inviting!

As far as my experience, it was good. While I was getting my examination, my husband was in another room supposedly getting his work done. His appointment was made and confirmed three times, but when he got there he was told his appt. was "supposed" to be canceled. Not only did he take off work for this, but they told him he would need to come back Monday to get his work done that he's been waiting on for almost a year. Even though there was a doctor in the office that could've taken care of him, but chose not to. Not too happy!
Oh, and anyone wanting to see Dr. Thompson.. she is no longer in this office. She was a wonderful doctor. Be prepared if you make an appointment here, there are only two doctors you'll see, one of which does not work late appt's or Fridays!

Went there for a simple teeth cleaning and was told they could not do the cleaning. they stated I have gum problem and I should buy their water pic system and tooth brush at $143.00 and their over rated fluoride tooth paste and mouth rinse. I have never gone to in for a simple teeth cleaning and be sold a used car. What a rip off. And they still charged me for a office call. oh they took ex rays. Total cost for this system which would not stop my bone loss is over $900.00 crooks just crooks.
