I’m not impressed! Called and made an appointment for emergency extraction, they got me in quickly after seeing the assistant they came and told me I needed an oral surgeon and nothing more and referred me out didn’t even ask if the appointment they made was good for my schedule I took my X-rays to another dentist and was told the tooth could be extracted did not need surgery the assistant even told me to take Tylenol PM and I expressed I’m on sleeping meds I don’t think that’s a good idea! Did she even look at my paperwork I filled out! The receptionist was taking a personal phone call
When I arrived and had to wait to be approached and the assistant was hanging out in the front office! I will not be returning

They were welcoming and beyond quick. The friendly atmosphere helped ease the dread of having dental work done. The were able to do my consultation, fillings, and a cleaning the same day. They make visiting the dentist a breeze.

Even though I couldn't be seen on my appt day/time,due to some insurance policy issues on my end,the entire staff were very helpful & went above/beyond to help me get things situated! Thanks 👍

I’ve been going to Dr. Baggett for many years, and I’ve always been highly impressed for a number of reasons. They are reasonable, the staff has ALWAYS been so pleasant, they are quick to get you in at your appt time, and they care about you as a person. They have an awesome program for those who don’t have insurance to buy in for basic services which is convenient for me. Thanks for all you do!

I began my journey with another Dentist from another state. I had a partial that fit horrible. Moving Here I was recommended to Southern Smile. When I went in for a consultation, I seldom smiled, could not eat with my partial in and did not always wear them at home. Dr. Baggett worked a miracle. New partial and a big smile. You couldn’t find a better dentistry if you’re needing dental work. The staff treats you like family. On a Thursday night I began experiencing a toothache…. On Friday I began calling hoping to get worked in by someone. After more than a dozen calls I finally called Southern Smiles. They told me to drive on down and they would find a Place to work me in. After hearing a dozen “sorry… we haven’t any openings” this was music to my ears as I was in a great deal of pain at this point. After going to Southern Smiles you can bet this will be the only place I’ll have any dental work done. I can’t express my gratitude enough for them to have seen me and taken care of my problem. I highly recommend them for any dental work you might need

Called for an appointment, got right in, got a consultation and my teeth cleaned. Taylor did such a good job, my teeth have had stains on the back for as long as I can remember she got them right off!! I’m very happy and pleased with my experience and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommend
