I highly recommend Southern Smiles Dentistry. Some dental places I've been to in the past were overwelming. The employees including the owner of the facility, seem not to like their job. So, inregards didnt do the work with fulfillment. My first appointment at Southern Smiles Dentistry included compassion, warmth with a pleasent patience demeanor. When first meeting Dr. Baggett, he seemed to a be highly skilled dental surgeon with the right qualities with operating his own practice with the best intentions. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable in each criteria when asking questions. All my appointments were done correctly without me questioning with concern that something didn't feel right when checking out.

The receptionists are very rude . I got hung up on by one . I plainly said what i.wanted done . My crown fell out last night . I want my teeth partial plate and 2 teeth at bottom . I want bonding or repair done to my 2 front teeth even pulled . And partial 2 tooth plate put in at top . They informed me had to get a deep cleaning . And claimed that I did not ask for partial denture plates on the first visit? I did . I'm not stupid . I desperately need help with this matter . Also I was told the x-rays etc was covered by my united insurance but got a bill for 100 I owe ? Not happy . I was in the hospital for UTI FORGOT MY APPOINTMENT THURS I THOUGHT IT WAS ON FRIDAY GOT NO REMINDER

I have been seeing Dr. Baggett since I was 17 years old (22 years). He is the only dentist I trust to do the job right and not to hurt me. I highly recommend him!

I was slightly nervous going in due to the fact that I don’t like going to the dentist, but the staff here was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. The pricing was affordable and I’ve already scheduled my next visit!!!

Dr. Baggett is an excellent dentist. I have been in attendance since the 70s and drive from Nashville because he's so very personal and caring of my dental needs. Love, love love his staff...always welcome with a friendly smile and will go that extra mile.

I lost a filling and did not want to go back to my previous dentist. They fit me in quickly, and were willing to fix my tooth on the first visit despite not being a regular patient. Everyone was very nice and professional. Also, I HATE getting shots at the dentist, but Dr. Bagget was the smoothest, least abrasive, and least painful of dentists I can ever remember going to.
