I drive from Madisonville to go to the dentist at Heritage Family Dentistry, and it is well worth the drive. Dr. Bradshaw and staff are extra friendly and accommodating. The entire office staff is very professional and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and alleviated concerns in a very polite, courteous manner. The office is well equipped with every modern convenience and the latest in dental technology. I would definitley recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the East TN area! Ask for Jamie, she's my favorite!

This office has great staff front and back and the dentist is top notch. Never a wait, personalized service, & friendly people make it our go to place for dental care. Brandy is tgg hg e face of the practice and always greets customers by name with a smile and great personal care. You couldn’t ask for better customer care. We’ve found our dental home in Farragut.

The staff was super friendly. I waited very little time. They had this high-tech xray machine that made the xrays much quicker than normal. TVs are everywhere, which provides a nice distraction. And the best was, I didn't walk out of the place in pain after my cleaning. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, professional (and gentle) local dentist.

I’ll say I “hate the dentist”, never liked anyone poking around my mouth. These people made it as enjoyable and as friendly as someone could make any experience. Genuinely very hospitable and efficient. These guys/girls are my regular dentist/hygienists now.

When we came into town late 2019, we needed a new dentist. They're close, and would be able to take care of the kids too. I've had hygienists that really destroy my gums, and I walk out super sore. But these guys do the job without being excessive. Our family has needed some dental work, and they've handled it all. And an amusing plus, my first appointment was at tooth-hurty (2:30)... very punny guys... 😁
