Everyone in the office was friendly. The dentist seemed knowledgeable. The hygenist recommended a deep clean for $207, but when I told her I only wanted what my dental insurance would cover, she told me “I could basically do that at home” and then walked me up front without a cleaning. I called and spoke to Beth, who was mortified at my experience and very empathetic about my situation. We are a family of 6, and they have just lost all of my future business. I can appreciate their need to upsell a deep clean, but when a patient wants a basic service and is refused, that’s bad business.

Dr. B very sincere and never seems to be in a hurry when talking to you about your teeth, etc. Makes you feel like he's not just going room to room stacking up cash.

The Best that there is to Dentistry definitely is being provided at New Image Dentistry. From the receptionist to Doctor and from the initial consultation to actual procedures and all the way to follow ups , quality, economy and comfort remains most important factors and I will put them all the way to the top.
Congratulations to the staff for being the best and my gratitude to Dr Alan for bringing the most ethical team together and being the best professional himself. I had 4 implants done along with bone grafting.

I had a great experience with Dr. Blourchian and his staff at New Image Dentistry. I cracked a tooth while I was visiting Franklin and was able to get in to see Dr. Blourchian right away. He put on a temporary crown so that I was able to finish my trip without any worries. Every staff member was fantastic too!
