I have been a patient for close to a year now. I have had dental cleanings, filling, invisalign and now starting out with retainers. I have to disagree with some of the negative reviews i have seen on here especially one that was given around 7 months ago. It was obvious there is more to the story as i have had appointments where others were in the office and they ALL were treated just as kindly as I was. When the ladies are talking to patients on the phone for scheduling they are always so sweet - If they didn't know the answer to my questions or other callers they would ask to place you on hold to get you the answer to your question. So the slander that i read is just that - SLANDER. Everyone from the ladies of front like Jenny to Katie who does my teeth cleaning, to the dental assistants and the Dr. have ALWAYS been so kind and friendly. They even know there customers by name by the second or third visit. the BEST customer service by far! I will continue to go to their office as they treat you like family!

I called New Image Dentistry to address a dental problem. They were able to see me immediately. My need was addressed with the upmost care. Dr. Blourchian and his staff were very professional. I felt the office had the best technology for diagnosis and treatment. I will return in the future as a regular patient.

I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist. It gives me high anxiety and I just totally lose it. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist. But after calling several dentist and seeing quite a few as well, Thank God, I found New Image Dentistry! The staff is out of this world. They are extremely nice, helpful, understanding women. (One dentistry I went to would tell my husband to teach me how to brush my teeth) I have an auto immune deficiency that is causing my teeth to decay rapidly and these women would not and have not said one bad word about how my teeth look. They are very professional. Dr. Blourchian is the kindest dentist. He makes you feel comfortable right from the beginning. I had a root canal today and he assured me that I wouldn't feel a thing. Not even the needle they use to numb you with and I must say I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend this Dentistry. They are everything you could want to put you at ease when going to a dentist. I will stay with him forever.

Yesterday I had a first time consultation with Dr. Blourchian, which was designed to be a "second opinion" from another dentist appointment I had earlier in the week. Dr. Blourchian offered me completely "new" options to consider that I find much more customized to my overall dental health. His staff is very professional and it was a delightful experience. Dr. "B" is my new "first choice!"
